Well AMMO is the best all around pheromone for attraction in my opinion. If you’re under 30 I would recommend that you stick to the regular strength. Because we all have different body chemistries its always wise to find your sweet spot first to determine how much you should use. For the socials like IH, IO, IShine, you can choose double strength if you’d like but I would HIGHLY recommend that you choose normal strength first. As for [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/) I don’t have experience with that but you can do a thread search on the forum to see others’ reviews about it. The prices are pretty much set but they’re dependent on chemical costs for AD. Liquid sunshine is an experimental mix that is believed to have high Androstenol contents in it.
