# Ready to try pheromones To Boost my Game and Attract Ladies. M/20/Cali

I’ve recently taken an interest in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and I would like to try them out.  
Very eager to try them out at the gyn and etc, would love to see how it works. I’ve been scouting around this forum and it seems full of helpful and genuinely nice people and I’d like to get some of that love and also spread it.

Tell us a little more about yourself so we can help with decent recommendations. Plus Dee will send you a GC for $25!

I will tell you that if you are going to the gym to really work out, I don’t recommend pheros as you will sweat them off pretty quickly. And if you wear something with 'none in it, it will help get you extra smelly which will probably have the reverse effect of what you want haha!

I’ve had some good success with ammo at the gym.

Welcome to the site! Please do tell us more even if you are just researching for now so we can at least make sure you get the info you are looking for.

When using mones at the gym you will be increasing your body temps and this will cause the mones to diffuse faster, and if you are starting with the spray mones I would start lower than normal because of this. For example if your sweet spot is 2 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) I would try 1 spray the first few times until you can gauge things with peoples reactions.
