Well… depends if she is wearing something else instead of a bra…a nice well fitting top or a low cleavaged dress would certainly add to sexiness (My Male perspective) though to much cleavage is not a good idea unless your on the beach. Gives the wrong message. Oh yes definitely eyes with lots of black mascara, that will get you sexual attention.
