I know there are a few threads like this around, but I wanted some help with my personal issue as opposed to general overviews of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I’m a 17 (almost 18) year old guy who never seems to get anywhere with women. When I’m around them, they act noticeably different than with other guys (ones they have interest in), and girls always seem to mention negative comments after I hit on them, or even normally. Comments that basically show completely 0 chances with them. so what I need is a pheromone to help me open them up and get them interested in me. I can handle the talking fine on my own – if I flirt with girls online or over the phone they are extremely responsive, its just something in person (probably natural lack of pheromones) stopping me. right now I don’t have too much cash, and I simply cant afford a pricey mix of pheros, so which ones would you guys recommend as a stand-alone (if any) I know I’m still pretty young, but I’ve been shot down with girls for years, and I’ve never been with any at all (never even kissed anyone), so if theres a bit of a hope for improvement, I’m more than willing to give it a chance. ---

Spyro, welcome to the forums. I can totally understand your situation. You have also done a great job of stating your goals. Since you are so young I would suggest staying away from products like turn up the heat or Ammunition initially. These two have Androstenone in them and you naturally already produce a lot at your age. If you are looking to get girls to open up more, my personal experience has been the best with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). The self effects were great for me and may help others as well. I see many users enjoying Instant Shine also. Sure pheromones will create an initial attraction but that attraction could immediately dissipate after your mouth opens. That’s just my opinion anyways, otherwise I recommend [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Female Magic. I don’t recommend androstenone because you’re making a lot of it already.. too much and you’ll come out too strong. B.T.W. cover up the Female Magic with a nice smell, Hollister, Axe, younger chicks our age dig that sh\*t 😃. ---

thanks for your response. I was also checking out the rest of the pheromone inventory and it seems either Instant Openness or [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) would probably be what I’m looking for. I’m thinking if I had to choose between one of them right now, the latter would work better, as Instant Openness seems to be a more generalized effect. a combination of the two would probably be stellar for me though… ---

Before you get shot down too many times, take a look at some of the materials like the above link. These types of things aren’t cure alls but they do put you inside the dating culture. Also, and I don’t mean this as a put down but some guys just don’t get it… make sure you have good hygiene, a decent haircut, and clean clothes. Once you take care of those things come back and get a bottle of IO and hang out with us. A lot of us have been where you are at some point. Personally, I was great with the girls in high school and college. I lost my confidence after several serious (in my mind) relationships and it’s taken me a long time to get back on the horse. Pheros are great, but they aren’t step one. Best of luck to you. ---

You might also look into somepick up artist material for some advice on how to act/speak/what to say and how to say it around women. I was in your position before I read some of the things they said most people were doing wrong and I saw myself in them. You wont be Don Juan after reading this stuff but it will identify some stuff maybe you are doing wrong that you can change. Best of luck and keep trying:) ---

There is something that you are doing, displaying or saying that is acting as a social repellent to girls. Take a look at what you are doing and how you act around girls, then look at what the successful guys are doing, and see if you can’t spot where you might be going wrong or areas that you can improve on. Are you bring too nice? Are you giving off the wrong body language? Are you pushing to hard or fast? These are just a couple of things to consider. ---

hey spyro, im a noob here as far as phero’s go, so i cant really give any advice yet. however, i just wanna agree on something with mark-in-dallas: if you ever get a chance to watch the guys who are good and try to see what you’re doing that is “wrong”. i do also want to add that this is REALLY hard. it’s borderline impossible to objectively judge your own behavior, so this process of comparing yourself to other guys is a great undertaking in its own. i can share what i noticed and learned about myself after years and years of similar crap. dont imitate behavior like showing off and acting like you can kick everyone’s ass in the room. guys that do that and get a positive reaction are getting it not because of their boasting/cockyness, but because the girl is already interested in him from before (could be as little as 5 mins before 🙂 ) in that before time they werent nice to the girl and they didnt get to know anything deep about her. getting to know the girl and finding things in common at any age below 40 will make you her friend. talking too much will make you her friend. talking too much and hitting on her will prolly get you looks like, “wtf, look at you and look at me, why are you even in the same room with me?” if you tell her a lot about yourself, then there is the mystery? you just did the job for her, she has nothing new to discover, she moves on. the good guy talked less, maybe he’s actually not that smart or interesting, and he really just has nothing to say. that’s how i felt, i too am great at talking to girls, but that talk chronically leads me to Friend-ville. this is what i do now at the clubs with very mild success, but anything is better than nothing. talk to a girl and get to know the basics. 5 mins maybe. then stop probing her with my questions and try some quite glances. if she’s interested at that point AT ALL, you should get a few times where you lock your eyes and giggle or something. that’s where things like touching her hair or biting her lip are sending you signals. if she’s doing that, then i will try to drop into a more relaxed topic of conversation w/o too much asking, but also get closer and rely like 70% on easy talk about something that’s not you or her, and 30% on quiet (“intriguing”😉 ) eye contact. for me works 30:1 or less, pretty low. i now blame lack of some sexy [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). that’s why i cant wait for the first batch! ok, good luck, talk less and give less of a shit. ---

Hi Spyro, If you have the time there is a documetary on You Tube it is a posting of a programme originally on uk tv called seduction school. It basically follows 4 or 5 guys with different characteristics ie one guy 6’6 age 31 hung up on his height another guy who had ricketts as a child and left him deformed etc they are introduced to 2 PUA’s who asess whats wrong with their technique (or lack of ) and show them how to do it. It might nor reflect exactly your problem but it does show you at least how to make a decnt approach and initial contact. Worth a watch let us know how you are doing. Best of luck:D ---

Spyro, just chill out and be yourself, dont be robotic on your actions/words- let it flow, dont be ashamed to be yourself( sometimes it happens in the unconcius mind and one must try to loose up conciently) be friendly and avoid much elaborated words if you are the intellectual type. phero recomendations 1 drop of a314 + openness 2-3 sprays in the same application point, i have discoveder it helps to project a secure and talkative person shine ( as you wish, no more than 8 sprays or you will fry your neurotransmitters and will go to sleep, it happens to me at least) and IFM in back of your neck or elbows good luck
