I know this hasn’t been updated for a while but… This is a very simple mix that works very well for me. I call it ‘The Man Is Here’ after what someone said while I was wearing this. **‘The Man Is Here’ Mix** 4 sprays of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) split between the neck and wrists 2 sprays of P93 at 12.5 mcg per spray (or 2 sprays of MX201) to the neck or in the hair > [@Instant Gentleman + MX201 + Himalaya = VIP](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/instant-gentleman-mx201-himalaya-vip/30997): > > First, thanks to andrew88777 for giving me the idea to break out MX201 again.
