Okay, so now that it’s official, the pen camera is a piece of shit that cuts out at any random time. I’ll be using the Audi Car Key Camera next time, I have fixed it. I basically found a reset button on the device that the shitty instruction guide doesn’t even talk about. The instruction guide was translated from Chinese to English on babel fish… ---

I just tested, here are the results: **Audi car key camera** : Video quality: 2/10 Video quality in the dark: 0.2/10 Audio quality: 5/10 Usability: 8/10 fun: 10/10 Length of 1 video file before it starts a new file: 14 minutes 30 seconds. -It’s good that there are no lights that flash while it’s on. Nobody will ever know you are spying. -It actually works. -You could leave it filming for hours if the batteries are well charged. -You might need a paperclip to reset the camera due to a crash. -I tested myself talking and I said “White chair” but it only recorded “Wair”. So, sometimes a part of the word is missing. I can see myself having fun with this when I have girls over, I can just lay it on the kitchen counter and film the whole night with the girls. You can easily film your friends master-baiting and all that if you leave it on a shelf. **Pen camera:** A total piece of crap that doesn’t even stay turned on. Everything about this is **fucking dumb**. Usability: 0/10 Video quality in the day: 1/10 (If you can manage it staying on for more than 5 seconds, my record is like 4 minutes) Video quality in the dark: 0/10 Audio quality: 1/10 Fun: 0/10 I’m fucking pissed at this piece of crap. ---

I got my cam ready and rolling. The only problem I’ve found with the button cam is the picture quality could be better. Beyond probably about 10ft you can’t really see people’s eyes… but then again… your pheros probably aren’t reaching beyond that anyways so I guess that’s not really much of a problem anyways, right? 😛 ---

Still record some hits that far away, you’ll see what I mean. You don’t need to see the eyes at all times. 🙂 I don’t know if the pheros work at such a long range or if it is that they’ve passed by my table a couple of times or vice versa but things do happen. Your button cam, you have a wire from the “button” to a receiver of sorts I guess? That’s what I’ve been squemish about when it comes to that type of cam, it would be a lot more difficult to explain than a pen with a USB connection in it if/when busted. ---

It’s just like those pen cams and the rest. No wires. Pure usb. Although it takes up a lot of saze. Like a 40 min recording is about 2.5 gigs. Granted, there are compression softwares for Avi files to trim those down so they don’t take too much size on your computer. Still, what that does mean is you are going to want to at least go for the 4gb card if not the 8gb if you want to be able to record anything of a substantial length. (In general, you are probably going to want to start it and then let it keep running while you do whatever and then view/edit it later.) It’s nice and subtle, tho. Tried to find the right ways to hide it… but I’ve found a few creative solutions. Even integrated it into a wristband for gymin it. 😛 See below. Pretty spy slick. That type of cam was available at the place I bought my pen too but I thought the pen was easier to use. There are actual button cams you put in your shirt like a regular button. Very stealthy indeed, apart from the fact that a wire will have to be lead to a receiver you of course must have on your person. I can’t even imagine the level of chaos it could cause if it were to be detected on someone while in/at/on…just about anywhere. Worst case scenario, you hear the words “This guy’s wearing a wire” in the Sopranos kind of accent and you wouldn’t want that. ---

There was a SPAM bot that posted in this thread that were deleted. They are still on the server for the legal action taken, but you are unable to see them. Therefore if they were visible it would take an additional two pages. 17 posts were removed. At ten posts per page that equals two pages. Now focus on the good stuff 😃 ---
