Hey guys, I was wondering if it helps to refrigerate the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for storage. So does anyone know if it helps? I know not to keep it in the sun etc and such due to denaturing. Oh yea by the way anyone know what akuto is designed to do? I checked but there wasn’t much info in the product detail for it. ---

Akuto is primarily a fragrance choice. Still in evaluation phase. May have a different name if goes commercial. Heat is supposed to (possibly) damage pheromones. Keeping them cool and dark is best. Refrigeration may be more than necessary, but may also depend on local weather/temperatures. In tropical areas or in teh summer months it may not be a bad idea. My opinion. ---

I agree with Rbt. Probably not necessary unless you live in a hot climate without air conditioning. Probably wouldn’t hurt, though. XDragonX, did you get a sample labeled [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/)? It might be MX113 which was being distributed as a test mix with Akuto fragrance recently. there is a recent post about it called " **Pow just like that I was wearing MX113 on steriods."** ---

Right here on the forum you can fire up a thread about your results with any of the MX series mixes. If you’re the shy type, you can always call in with your results. Every last scrap of info we collect on these gets evaluated and considered when we make new products. Be honest, folks!
