Hi I have already made an introductory thread before buying haven’t received a gift certificate till now. Please re-send it as I’m planning to make my first order in few hours and would want to avail the benefits of gift certificate. ---

Also what should be done if the gc has expired or by any reason is not being accepted during the payment mode. I have a limited budget so I’m intending to use the gc right away ---

Hi, I actually signed up myself up about a month or so ago and also posted a “hello” thread and never received the $25 gift card. Regardless I still went ahead and purchased some of the to go sprays and I loved them. And now you can see that the $25 gift card would come in very handy especially for the fact that I’m looking to purchase quite a bit more, right now actually, and I would just greatly appreciate some kind of feedback on what the status is with the gift cards and when could I possibly expect to receive it because I am eager to purchase more of your product. Not trying to sound greedy, of course, but when your offer $25 for something you are a want it’s tough not to pass up that offer, I hope you understand lol. Thanks again and I appreciate your time and your product. I was also curious as to how you go about obtaining the $25 certificate itself ---

Yes I know But I don’t catch the relevance of it to my request I just realized I had the gc saved in my junk. But during ordering I wasn’t able to use it the way I wanted to. I tried using it on my order but the order was cancelled. Now the gc 's status shows that it has already been used. What to do now ---

You need to raise a support ticket with Mickaelia, explain the problem and she will issue a new one. The link/email is in her signature on your original intro thread - AD do not deal with order/GC matters on the open forum because its not secure.
