This is a dead serious post. I’m not looking for tasteless high-school jokes here. Jokes are a sign of embarrassment. Just be real, please.

If you have a good olfactory sense and an ability to put descriptive words to aromas, I want to hear what things you might compare the smell of a _healthy_ vagina to. I’m a scientist and artist and am well versed in aroma nuances. See if you can you use a series of other smells (of anything from wax to cement) to describe a good vaginal smell. I hope a lot of you will take part. The purpose of this is to give you something good down the road that will turn you on. So go to it.

Thanks,

Michael

ADDITION BY JASMIN: Let me add the same qualifier I added to the women’s version of this question.

The scent described, should not just when it’s at it’s healthiest, it should also be the smell of a woman’s vagina when she’s _ovulating_. (or is otherwise in the mood or “in heat”)

Specifically, the scents emitted when you’ve responded most positively to her. The _come hither_ and _gobble me up_ vaginal scents. 🙂 The ATTRACTIVE scents that it creates.

So _not_ the scents that turn you off or push you away. Not necessarily the bloody aroma when a woman’s menstruating or anything like that, unless that happens to be seriously attractive to you. There’s no use for unattractive odors as copulins.

Can’t you ask for something easier to define, like “what does Heaven smell like?”

On the L-S forum, Dr. Smellthis states that there are a lot of analog smells that _mimic_ elements of the smell of copulins (and even cops are a fraction of what one might be sniffing from a real female), cumin having some of those characteristics.

I believe that the scent is made up of so many notes that it almost is beyond reasonable considation. After all, the factors that generate that scent in any given woman are staggering and change rapidly. A healthy vagina can be acidic on one day and sweet on another due to diet and where the woman is in her cycle.

Where does one determine the balance? Look at Jasmin’s efforts to have copulins duplicated, it’s stumped people who have centuries of knowledge on scents behind them.

Personally speaking, nothing beats the smell of the real thing, baby-- but I assume you know that. 🙂

Lets see first off,

Every one I have smelled is different,
Like lots of things in the human body they are greatly effected by diet, health, moon cycle, soaps used, current arousal level, etc…

I think it is funny when you smell someone and can place the scent right away, others are more like a fine wine, with a earthy undertone, and soft finish. Kind of like your sweat some days it is not a bother, other times you notice it right away.

If you smell one that is really fishy smelling, put it back it has likely gone bad.

my best guess is to go work out without putting on deodorant, then rub a rose bud under your arm pit, after you get good and sweaty, then smell the rose.

Axel do you work for Androtics? Are you planning on creating new Copulins-formulas for this company or is it to do with something else?

I really had to think about this axel. It’s difficult to interpret the scent, even though it’s a scent that stays with you forever.

Permeates the room when excited. Pungent, musky, damp, but not foul. To me it’s like a sunny, hot, sweaty day at a deserted beach. You have a few scents in the air that remind you of the freshness of the day, but at the same time, there’s lots of moisture and sweat from the heat. During the day you lie on your towel and it soaks up your sweat and the sea water off your body, a little tanning oil too. Go home and throw that in an empty hamper and let it sit for a few days. Nice and tight, sealed up!

When its opened it releases a musk (dampness), not foul or bad, but lightly perfumed (tanning oil), and a small hint of salt water with maybe a bit of vinegar (sweat).

That’s about the best I can think of right now. I’ll keep trying 😉

Oooooohhhh, this is niiiiiicccce, aaaaahhh …

The memories, the dreams, the hunger …

Every woman that I have ever had the pleasure of has had a different aroma. Everyone of you has descibed a womans sex in a way that rings true in my memories and dreams. Even Emmie who is letting her avatar speak for her.

I nominate the truffle. Fresh. Black. Truffle. Split it open. Breathe deep. I dare you to keep your tounge in your mouth.

> The good news is, as you may have read elsewhere on the forum, we have a yet another perfumer on it. I like this guy. He’s kind and level headed, and makes some really amazing scents. I even have the sneaking suspicion that’s he’s heterosexual (rare in the world of male perfumers, Luca Turin exempted) and may know what _good_ copulins smell like. Important stuff.
>
> The EXTRA good news is that he might join the forum here, so he can develop it “live” on in response to feedback from all you guys, as we do with pheromone formulas. We couldn’t get that kind of involvement from most perfumers or even salad dressing designers if we tried.

I believe, (but I could be wrong) that Michael is the man Jassy was referring to here the other day in the ladies forum. So the forums male opinion means alot to future womens mixes. We need serious honest opinions, come on guys dont be shy. 😉

Wow, this thread, just wow.

To seriously contemplate, menstruate can give it a slight coppery blood scent. On not so rainy days I’d say a cross between fish oil, redwine, and very minuscule semblance of Rose. Fish to wine ratio would be immense in variance in accordance to the ever changing atmospheric conditions down there.

Perhaps if all goes well this weekend, I may present this thread with a more fresh recollection. Pun intentions on that quite immense.

Hmm…pheroah seems to have hit my feelings on the menstruation scent, but I would add that it’s a fishy coppery blood scent, and it can be detected for a few days before and after the actually bloody part of the cycle.

Outside of that cycle, the girls I dated that were shaved had almost no scent, which is another reason why I don’t care for a completely shaven girl.

I dated a girl who smelled awful, and it was a very strong vinegary smell. I would hand wash dishes in the apartment, and even with bleach in the water, the smell would not come off my hands. Nasty. That relationship never made it past 2nd base.

The best one I smelt was (I can’t believe I’m saying this) a nice mix between a bit of sweat, a light acidic-vinegar smell, and whatever a nice balance of whatever that main “cop” smell is.

Good luck in your research, I think.

I can’t smell anything until I am so close that I am tasting it as well, and that’s the way I prefer, so it’s a very faint smell to me.

To me the smell is mostly watery(80%), little musky(10%), little powdery(5%), extremely faint sweaty(3%), a very very small hint of flowery(2%).

Exceptions: One asian woman had a very faint note of soy smell (it could just be the vinegary smell people describe), and one american had a faint note of milk smell (although again this could just be the vingear like smell that registers to me as milk for some reason).

My favs were those that smelled and tasted almost like water, albeit an acidic Ph rather than alkaline H2O (I know, I should just buy bottled water). These girls tend to be Asian vegetarians. Some women–especially avid meat eaters and gym rats–smell like androstenone down there. Certain spices and foods seem to be expelled out of the bladder more than others. Women whom eat lots of cumin and asparagus have really funky honey boxes.
