Hi everyone, as stated before I don’t get to post to often, but I do come by everyday to see how everyone is doing. I’m doing just fine. I have been doing a lot of experimenting at work with A314, IS and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). What I have found is my co-workers have even more respect for me now than ever before. My daily application is 2 drops of A314 applied to the back of my hands and rubbed up under my chin and jaw. With this I add 2 sprays of IS. IO every now and again. My boss; who is an idiot, aren’t they all. LOL …always try’s to show everyone how important he is, but lately he has been real talkative with me. He was in the middle of some paper work for our budget and noticeably aggravated when I popped into his office. He stopped what he was doing turned to me and just started talking away; he was acting like I was his boss. I had to just leave while he was talking just to get away. Another guy in the building I work in, who will more than likely be my boss one day and is a real cool cat, has a different attitude towards me, like I’m royalty. Always says “excuse me” when I’m in his way (narrow halls), but he says it in a way that he thinks he is in my way and he doesn’t want to disturb me, like I’m important. HA HA Another thing I’ve noticed is the people who do work for me so I’m able to do my job. These people don’t work directly for me mostly with me, but I’ve been working with them for the last three years on a project. I’ve always been the “go to guy” on the project, everything evolves around me. LOL…These guys and girls, men and women, have always treated me with respect anyway, but now I’m like the President of the company. They go out of their way to please me, more so now than ever. I read quite a bit about the effects of pheromones on different ethnic groups and I’m having a similar experience that others have had. The above group of people I mentioned, the guys and girls who work for me, are all Mexican. These people are good as gold and now they go above and beyond my expectations. They were always hard workers, but now even harder. And another thing that I’ve noticed is everyone wants to shake my hand. We’re in Texas and that’s somewhat common. I was greeted by a guy the other day, who works for the client I work for, with a hand shake and “he man how have you been?” usually it’s “what do you want!” One of his co-workers, who in the past acts like he is better than everyone and never speaks to “people like me” (contractors), got out of his chair, came over and started talking to me as if we were old friends. My co-worker, who knows nothing about the pheromones, looked at me and said “you the man” .another LOL…. I just remembered. Yesterday I was talking to one of the client’s people when one of his co-workers asks “where is Larry?” I’m kind of a smart ass, but in a funny way and I say to him “he’s outside checking on a job. He’ll be back later”. This guy says ok and goes about his business. His usual response would have been “mind your own f’in business.” My co-worker looks at me and starts laughing and says to me “these people think you’re the boss”. 😃 I have more stories like these, but I type real slow. Thanks for reading. Now I’ve got to figure out what pheromones to buy next. ---

This was roughly what he said: “Discipline, very good, I’ve no comment! Come early to work, seldom take leave, only 3 days medical leave (for the past year) Knowledge, very good! Attitude, good. Responsibility, very good!” “So, this year I hope you’ll do better than this” and this bugger didn’t even mention anything about salary raise!!! ---

I understand completely. The same has happened to me for the past three years. Promises’, promises’. I wonder if there’s a [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) that can help us wit that.🙂
