Ok, this was a week ago so I don’t remember every single thing (sorry I couldn’t report back sooner, but I was in the military). As far as I can remember I put on: 2 sprays of IFM on the back of my neck and kind of smeared it with the back of my wrists. 3 sprays of IO one on the left, right and middle of neck. 1 spray of AMMO on my chest/neck 2 sprays of ISHINE on the back of my neck, I think one on my checks, and 2 more on my neck chest. I came to pick her up with my car, she came in, and the levels were a bit low, it was kind of weird, we started talking a bit, then I took her to a movie. After the movie we when to drink some coffee, and then I took her back home. Ok, so I must say that throughout the whole date, the atmosphere was not as high as I usually like it, I mean with my Friends the atmosphere is much happier and fun like. We had these conversations about one anther to start to get to know each other better, but I must say, for me at least, I felt like I, myself, was not in a fun light headed atmosphere. Now Like I said before, she came into the car with a kind of serious tone. I did try and laugh with her a bit so it wasn’t all that serious all the time. During the date I felt like I was afraid I wont have anything to talk to her about (I feel like this with all the girls that I talk to). Now when we came back to her home, I led her up the stair case, and we talked for like one minute, and then I said bye, and we got together and kissed. I must say she was looking kind of eager to kiss me, and I didn’t want to make out with her to much, so I let it last for like 5-10 seconds and then like kind of went backwards, but felt like she got closer, like she wanted to continue. Anyway we were talking on the phone for this whole week, and we will only be able to see each other I hope next week. What I am here to ask is, Firstly, what [pheromone](https://a314.com/) can I put to make the atmosphere more light and fun, and make her more talkative (as I mentioned before, I did put 3 sprays of IO, witch I hopped will make her more talkative, but I don’t feel like it really helped). Now for the second date, I also want to kind of hit up things a notch, and start making out a bit more out with her, so should I put TUTH instead of AMMO? How much and were? ---

How much and were? Ages of both parties please? Have you figured out what IFM does to YOU? That’s probably your problem as for you not feeling in a happy mood. ---

II am positive that it was SHE who made the mood like it was. I am 19, and she is 18 and a hlaf. ---

Hey, great post, I would stick with ammo, maybe add another 1/2 to 1 spray and see how that works out, I think TUTH comes across a little too strong and may be too much in a social situation. Specially considering your age. I have found that instant openness produces consistent hits for me, most of the time my friends and I can’t stop talking. I would try spraying some on my hair, the heat from my head seems to help it diffuse very welll in my experiences. Do you have any instant shine? it could help counteract the downer effects of the IFM. I wouldn’t remove IFM completely from your mix, from the godbye kiss it seems to have had the desired effect. Good luck on the next date. ---

I thought that the ammo was the reson for the kiss.. thanks for the reply
