Hi all I found AD a while back - in 2007 and ordered various products (Ammo, IS, TUTH, and IFM). Unfortunately, I never followed through with them and ended up moving overseas for a while, leaving them behind. Everything happened so fast that AD was pushed into a remote corner of my memory. I came back a couple months ago and recently found my almost full bottle of IFM (not sure what happened to the others!). I’m currently going through a bad phase in my life and decided to invest in a few varying products _for me_. I’ve developed some terrible self confidence issues over the past couple years, bordering on depression, and decided to try some “socials” as you guys call it. I ordered a few products last week and let me tell you guys, it has been **so** worthwhile. The effects that IO, IS and IG (which was kindly included in my package as a gift) have are amazing. Now the sceptical side of me believes they could have just been a placebo effect but this doesn’t matter to me as I feel like I’ve been given another chance to make something of myself and am embracing this. Not to mention, they smell fantastic. So, it is still early days yet, but I could not go another day without leaving a message of thanks here - not only to AD, but to _everyone_ who has contributed to such a great community. Cheers Stiler P.S. I know that the IFM line has been discontinued, but does anyone recall how much A1 is in a single spray of the 30ml bottle? Or is that unknown? ---

Hi and Welcome back 😉 IFM had 3 human [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) in it and if I recall correctly it was 2.5 mcg’s of A1 per spray. They dont sell it at all here anymore though not even in single putative form. Word of caution though, you mentioned you have been going though a tough time and are bordering on depression. A1 can push you over the edge as its known to bring about a blue feeling in men. If you plan to use that coveted bottle of IFM be careful and use it to the back of your neck so your not inhaling as much yourself. Generally A1 is fine for most men and I am not concerned when men use it in low dose’s but since you mentioned already feeling blue it set alarm bells off in me. Ishine and TAA (which is what Ishine is made with) are excellent choices for you right now. Not only are they charimatic attractive confident and warm but they sometimes give the user a feeling of upliftment. Have fun Tisha ---

Thanks Tisha 🙂 I’ve also read that, and I suppose I can consider myself lucky with the fact that IFM actually relaxes me, to the point where anxiety is almost non existent. ---

A1 can have that relaxing feeling for me too. I had a friend over the other night and put on the A1 with my favorite cover scent and bam about 20 minutes later I was ready to go take a nap…LOL ---

I think I’ll get used to the ones I just bought before trying to go mix some a1 lol
