Hey, I’m Richard, 20 years of age and from the UK. I am going to document my experiments here to both help other users and obtain advice on how to improve my techniques. Last night I did my first experiment with pheromones. 27th September 2008 - 9:00PM Two sprays of Turn Up The Heat to my crotch Two sprays of Ammo each to my far left and right of upper chest Two sprays of Instant Shine each to left and right sides of my neck Two sprays of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to back/outside of my left wrist only I noticed an immediate very happy atmosphere with my friends and I was smiling a lot. I felt a little more confident than usual. A girl appeared very interested in me (more so than usual), we chatted a lot and went on a short walk with her. It is even more unusual considering the fact she has a boyfriend!!! Unfortunately I didn’t actually arrive at the club until around midnight and I’m not sure how long these pheromones work. The smell was wearing off by then anyhow. In the actual club I didn’t notice any effects whatsoever. I plan on experimenting with CTTM (Mix 2) tonight and will post the results here. I’m not sure about the best way of applying it though so any advice is appreciated. Thanks. ---

Good start. But that might have possibly been a bit too much androstenone in the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and the TUTH, for a first go anyway. Try either/or, and perhaps cut the sprays down to 1, even. Nevertheless, the girl wasn’t scared off by all the -none, which is good. Try two sprays of CTTM, one to each side of the neck, should be OK for diffusion as you move around. This is quite volatile (an equal mix of alpha- and beta- androstenols) and should last for 4-5 hours or so. The major effects, anyway. ---

28th September 2008 - 6:50PM Two sprays of CTTM to top of each hand. No effects were noticable whatsoever. ---

30th September 2008 - 8:30PM Two sprays of CTTM, one to each side of neck People around me seemed more talkative and I was more involved. It could however just be coincidence, nothing stunning which proves it made a difference. ---

1st October 2008 - 9:15PM 2 sprays of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to back of neck and 2 sprays of Turn Up The Heat to behind the ears. One of my friends seemingly couldn’t stop talking to me. It seemed to make people around me more open rather than myself. I actually felt really shy at the start for some reason, adverse effect? I arrived at club around 10:30PM. One guy randomly compliments me on my dress code and girl who works at club approached me regarding a promotion. Several other girls appeared overly friendly towards me as well. Near the end of the night a girl actually grabbed and pulled me down beside her and we chatted for quite some time. This was very unusual indeed, it was almost suspicious. My friends also bought me an awful lot of drinks, I did start by buying them a round, however they bought me like 3 times more. So basically something was going on here, not quite sure what though! Any ideas? ---

Well you did spray it where you wouldn’t be affected by it yourself so much (back of neck, behind ears) - you possibly were taken aback by the chatterbox effect it causes in others. When people around you are positively garrulous and you yourself are not, well, it’s all relative - you may feel shy compared to them simply because they talk a lot more. ---

3rd October 2008 - 7:45PM 2 sprays of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) to Shoulders and 2 sprays of Ammo to Chest I have never received this level of attention from the ladies before! Honestly, girls were approaching me left right and center. They seemed to feel comfortable and have a high level of respect for me. I felt very confident and everyone was really talkative. One girl in particular got quite physical with me, was rather strange as I barely knew her compared to everyone else who I had been chatting with the whole night. ---

8th October 2008 - 10:05PM 2 sprays of Instant Honesty to wrists, 2 sprays of Turn Up The Heat to behind ears and 2 sprays of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) to neck Results were very similar to the last experiment on the 3rd October. The effects of Instant Honesty were very apparent with people telling me all sorts of things. Girls were getting very close to me and one basically picked me up, usually it’s the other way around lol. I think I’m becoming a believer! ---

The CTTM seemed to have a noticable effect however the Instant Shine strangely didn’t seem to have any noticable effect despite the very positive results I had with previous use of it as detailed above. ---

I did however sweat a lot very early on for some strange reason which probably didn’t help matters. ---

17th October 2008 - 9:40PM Realm Cologne (contain pheromones) to wrists/arms and shirt + Realm Face Mosituriser (contain pheromones) to face + 4 sprays of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) (back/front and both sides of neck) Did karaoke and danced with girl. I know her quite well however she has a boyfriend and was even hugging and kissing me! When she first hugged me the Instant Female Magic on my neck must have really affected her big time. Similar effects noticable with other girls, who thankfully didn’t have boyfriends lol. ---

The Instant Openness appeared to have an effect on myself and others around me however the rest didn’t. I find it strange how Instant Shine worked really well the first time I tried it but hasn’t worked at all since. ---

29th October 2008 - 9:55PM Two sprays of CTTM to front of neck and 1 to chin. Shortly after entering the club I was approached by a girl and several similar instances throughout the night. Seemed to certainly make some people rather chatty whereas it had no effect on others. ---

11th November 2008 - 7:50PM 2 sprays of Instant Openness to back of neck and 2 sprays of CTTM to hair. Certainly made me much more open and chatty, made a lot of new friends this night. 10th November 2008 - 8:30PM Single spray of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) to each shoulder, 2 sprays of Turn Up The Heat to crotch, 2 sprays of Instant Shine to sides of neck (1 each) and 2 sprays of Ammo to chest. No noticable effects however I was perhaps in the wrong environment and also used too much. 7th November 2008 - 8:05PM 2 sprays of Instant Female Magic to each shoulder and 3 sprays of Ammo to chest + Realm Cologne/Moisturiser. Approached by several girls and rather unusual encounters. Definitely something going on here. 11 out of the 16 instances where I experimented with Pheromones over the past 7+ weeks various positive effects were noticeable, some more so than others. Thus concludes my first journal. Thanks for everyones comments and advice.
