It’s not mentioned much but I’m in a band. We have a very important gig that we’re headlining and it will be the first time I sing with the band. Want an Iggy Pop type of energy with an Ian Curtis kind of vibe. I’m thinking p79 and TAA for the base but lost anywhere else… Any suggestions? ---

Rehearsals are another matter. After the show I pour on the mones. Some musicians and artists seem to like Molecule F. Helps them find the grooveyard. I found it mildly distracting. ---

Yeah I’m a musician myself… I can’t say that I’ve ever performed with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) on either, but depending on the type of music your playing you might want to go with something androstenone based. In my personal experience high doses of androstenone totally gives me a rock star vibe. I mean you can almost never go wrong with a little ammo. ---

Depends on your band playing perspective. However, I can understand what Gegogi said regarding using no pheromones while playing so you can put your 100% on just the music, and your real non-altered state right into the music as well. This is true especially when playing a beautiful classical piece that is meant to be played correctly and in time with the pulse of the music. So Gegogi’s advice here is correct if you’re playing professionally classical (or just plain professionally) music. But since this is rock and roll I say go for broke! Rock should always obviously be played with all your 100% playing capabilities of course, but just how musical theory isn’t really considered “rock and roll” you can take a chance! Rock breaks the rules not make the rules, and is meant to be played rough/aggressively and with plenty of energy (and you can also get away with some musical mistakes if done correctly.) So here’s what I personally suggest: Spaceland, P103 for that “liquid courage” vibe without really being drunk, and IJ. And no, the IJ won’t have people throwing beer bottles at you if buffered correctly and if you can play it off quite well, so don’t worry. However, as always as a precaution -none always acts differently on different people so experiment first! If you want more aggressiveness put on less Spaceland, if you want less aggressiveness put on more Spaceland. Fit to your needs! Another one could be MX292 and some -none thrown in! A lot of people are raving about this combo, so try it! I personally have to use TUTH since I don’t own NPA yet, but NPA is where it’s at from what I hear with this mix! Confident boosting, with a who gives a fuck vibe just like IJ with Spaceland and the P103! However, with more attraction towards you thrown into the mix! Now this all depends on what you do in the band! I can see these two mixes being awesome for a lead singer, but can also be used by guitarists and bassists! Sorry drummers, since you’re stuck in the back I don’t know what pheromones can offer you 'til after the show! ---

I was thinking mx292 plus TUTH, mikotorocks. That’s rad. I’m now the singer and this is my first crowd performance since the punk days - hence the mones. ---

Tear it up! And make sure to try to connect with the crowd, the pheromones will do the rest! Make sure to also spray them on right before performing, so the sprays can still be fresh along with the life of the pheromone diffusion! Try this: One TUTH to front of neck, second to back of neck, then MX292 to front of neck, and then one on each side of the neck. The fourth shot of MX292 apply it about three to four hours later as a refresher shot to back or front of neck (maybe even chest if you think it will diffuse out of your shirts.) If you’re still performing 5 to 6 hours after that or just mingling with the crowd I say take some Witch Hazel with you to erase every leftover residue so you can start of again with a clean “canvas” since the sprays supposedly last only 5 to 6 hours! However, you will also have to take into consideration your own body heat, sweat washing away your pheromone applications, and the heat of the venue. So take this into consideration as well.
