**Introduction:** Welcome to my thread šŸ™‚ I had come across an advert directing me to the Smartmones store; I had never been to this forum. I was skeptical at first because of the nature of the businessā€™ that advertise big claims of ā€˜instant resultsā€™, but I knew how much pheromones influence animals and it was quite possible that human pheromones had been developed. So I decided to give it a go and thatā€™s how I got here šŸ˜‰ It was about 18mths when I bought one bottle of Turn Up The Heat to try out. I used it on and off for 12mths and noticed good results. I then ordered and only just recently received full size bottles of: Ammunition, Instant Shine, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), A314 and another bottle of Turn Up The Heat šŸ†’ I will try to use pheromones to enhance several areas of my life including work, social and my own moods. Iā€™ll post all my results below as clearly and as detailed as possible. I am open to any advice, so feel free to leave positive and negative feedback. I will try and rep every post that contributes to my thread šŸ™‚ ---

Turn Up The Heat I decided to test Turn Up The Heat at the gym. I had been going to this gym 4x a week for over a year, so I knew all the staff and all the regulars. This made it easy to notice the effect that TUTH was having on them. I started off with just one spray to the center of my chest; I also had on some underarm spray _(which is mandatory at the gym)._ I after my first few set of exercises, my body was quite hot and I could smell the pheros pouring out of the neck of my shirt. Now when Iā€™m in between sets, I usually walk around the gym to recover, so I think this dispersed the pheros right around the gym. I particularly noticed the effects it had on three girls (around my age) in the room. They seemed flustered and seemed to have trouble focusing on their own workout. They were watching me a lot more than they usually would. I know they usually perve on me and they know I usually perve on them, itā€™s like a mutual thing at the gym. Everybody is always checking each other out and everyone knows it, itā€™s still kept relatively discreet though, like unspoken law šŸ˜‰ On one particular exercise one night, I was doing a leg press on machine. When I squat right down with my knees apart, my pants pull tight exposing the outline of my package. Instead of having a quick 3sec perve, she just stood there and gawked. The expression on her face was if she was in a temporary trance. It was like her mentality had changed from ā€˜just wanna a lookā€™ to ā€˜just wanna fuckā€™ :o I didnā€™t really notice that much effect from any of the men, but then again I was probably more focused on what it was doing to the women. I certainly never came across anything negative. I was still offered help from them and I still received compliments from some on my strength and form. Most guys are pretty cooperative and friendly at the gym anyway. These results were only from 1-2 sprays to the chest. Next year Iā€™m gonna try some heavier doses; I might even get brave enough to try for an OD šŸ˜® ---

Turn Up The Heat I also used Turn Up The Heat at the gym to see if it was having an effect on my own physical workout. I was hoping to notice a better mentality which would result in having a better physical workout. Mentally I felt different but not in a negative way, maybe that was just my conscience knowing I was using pheros to test myself. Physically I couldnā€™t tell any difference. If there was any difference it was too small to stack up against other variables. Your physical workout at the gym can depend on a lot of other factors: what you ate that day, diet leading up in the past week, current energy levels including how hard you had to press at work that day, ect. I donā€™t think TUTH is going to result in a physical effect that would be more noticeable than any of the other factors. This was still only using 1-2 sprays to the chest. Once again, when I try higher doses in the New Year, I might notice something more. ---

Good report. Around my town guys donā€™t usually wear scents to the gym. It sounds as if the culture may be a little different in your gym. Since scents are acceptable you may want to give ammo a try at the gym. Skip the other underarm stuff. Ask one of the girls to spot for you or otherwise give her a conversational opening. Let us know what happens. This will vary your [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) signature a bit and keep things interesting, while still giving you an equivalent dose of Androstenone. The ammo will probably make you somewhat more approachable. ---

It is a fully air-con gym which might have something to do with it. Instant Female Magic I went out to get lunch today. I put one spray of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) to each forearm and a light spray of cologne to my chest. I went into subway to get a sanger, usually Subway is packed with customers and itā€™s quite hard to get the spaced-out, underaged rookie to get your sanger right. But this time I was the only customer in and the girl behind the counter was pretty much on her own _(there were two others out the back gas-bagging)._ She seemed to be overly nice to me and got really chirppy as she made my order. I didnā€™t initiate conversation, she just kept talking. Even though she was a total stranger, she couldnā€™t stop smiling at me in a real cormfortable way - a really warm smile as if we had slept together before. She gave me extra chicken, double bacon and double cheese at no extra cost šŸ˜ƒ Iā€™ve come across check-out chicks who were nice, smiley and talkative - but not like this. This is the first time Iā€™ve used Instant Female Magic properly in full sprays. So I donā€™t know whether it was a hit or a coincidence, but it really made my day. The way to a mans heart really is through his stomach šŸ˜‰ ---

Is this your first time getting free food by way of pheros, Ryan? Wait until someone comes running after you to give you something extra or giving you freebies. If IFM didnt have that smell to it, there would be some incredible things we could do with it. Which cologne did you use and whats the fragrance like? If i can find a good commercial cover, i may ask Jasmin to rustle up some IFM 16x for me, or maybe a bottle of androstadienone directly. ---

The smell to me is kinda like radox after youā€™ve just had a spa bath, as in itā€™s a very soothing and relaxing smell. Not an expensive one at all, pretty cheap to buy. ---

Ive been looking at the original Armani fragrances as good covers for IFM. Theyre also very woodsy. ---

Real shame it stinks like concentrated cats piss though. ---

A314 **A314** **Application:** 2-4 drops on the neck **Environment:** Work; heavy industrial workshop I was wearing A314 to work for a few weeks, trying different dosages from 2-4 drops to the neck. The only effect I noticed on myself was losing my appetite. When I stopped wearing the A314 I did regain my appetite but there are variables to take into consideration ie: weather. Itā€™s too difficult to notice effects on workmates because of working conditions, the workshop is very dusty with alot of airbourne pollution and other strong smells of oil, solvents and chemicals. Itā€™s not often that I work in close proximity to other people either. But lunch is different and this is where I did notice some effects, and it was standing inline (Still Taterā€™s Favoutite?). Iā€™ve been buying my lunch from the same shop for 18mths so the all the staff know me, I usually buy the same stuff aswell so the staff know what I like. When they usually serve me, they know what Iā€™m gonna ask for so they are aready heading that direction as they ask me, they also know that I donā€™t have salt and I donā€™t need a receipt. While I was wearing A314, they seemed to be paying particular attention to serving me. Like double checking what I asked for, asking if I want salt _(they know I donā€™t_), asking if I need a reciept _(they know I donā€™t)_ and paying extra attention when giving me change; counting it out in my hand when giving it to me instead of just putting in my hand cause they know I trust them. I also noticed much stronger eye contact when being served. ---

Instant Female Magic **[Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/)** **Application:** 1 Full spray on each forearm, covered by cologne. **Environment:** Gym, various For the 2yrs Iā€™ve been doing gym, Iā€™ve noticed most girls are pretty quiet cause they are a little self-conscience when working out. But this one particular session I had a good hit on, this girl who Iā€™d never seen before at the gym asked my for advice and direction. I thought this was unusual becuase Iā€™ve never had a girl ask for help before and I resemble nothing of an instructor. And girls usually steer clear of the guys who are throwing around heavy weights, they are usually intimidated. She obviously felt comfortable enough _(for some reason šŸ™„ )_ asking a complete stranger for advice when there were qualified female instructors at hand. For me this was a definite hit. Iā€™ve also had a lot of compliments from various people on the different colognes I wear when covering Instant Female Magic. Itā€™s good stuff, I love it šŸ†’ ---

Ammunition **Ammunition** **Application:** 1 Full spray to each forearm. **Environment:** Friends Family BBQ, gym There were quite a few goodlooking girls here, but being a family BBQ all there boyfriends, husbands, uncles and fathers were pretty close at hand. They were all taken and all out of bounds for me. ā˜¹ But I met a few new friends who seemed pretty interested talking to me. They varied in age from young 18yr old apprentices to 60yr old engineers. They were all interested in what I did for a living and were real easy to get along with, it seemed I had all of their attention. It wasnā€™t the sort of interaction I was targeting with ammo, but like i said the girls were out of bounds. Also had one of the Mums come and take photos of me, none of the other blokes - just me by myself. It was weird šŸ˜• ---
