Hey everyone, my name’s Andrew and I’m a 22 year old male from Orange County. I just graduated college recently and I’ve basically been working full-time ever since. Luckily I’m still living in the same area, so I still have several friends from school that I see now and then. In terms of my dating life, I’ve had about a handful of experiences during college, but all of them were initiated by the girl. I’ve never had a girlfriend. I’m fairly confident in my personal appearance, but that’s only because people have generally given me positive feedback. Confidence is something I definitely need to work on. I definitely have it, but I don’t have a great deal of it, and this is something I am trying to work on everyday. For example, I don’t necessarily have a loud, authoritative voice and I don’t usually take control of situations as much as I should. As for meeting women, I used to go to bars and clubs a lot during college, but the more I went, the more I realized it’s not my thing. I still want to find that first girlfriend and have a long term relationship. So I’m hoping to focus more on “day game” aka meeting women in public places during the day (grocery store, coffee shop, mall). I do have approach anxiety when trying to go up and talk to a girl, but just like the confidence thing, gotta keep working on it day by day 🙂 I’m considering trying out A314 (to give me a more confident/alpha aura) as well as [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (to make me seem more confident/appealing). I’m pretty sure I don’t “look” like a nice guy (primarily because I have an athletic build and tend to wear fitted tshirts) but I’m guessing I “act” like a nice guy. I want to avoid Instant Jerk simply because it doesn’t really fit my persona or what I’m looking for. I was also considering Ammunition.. but I’m not sure if that’s a good fit though? So I was thinking about trying out A314 and IS (using them on separate occasions of course!). I’m sure these 'mones won’t do all the work themselves, I gotta put in 90% of the effort. I’m not that outgoing and only occasionally funny. Just need that confidence to initiate and let my personality shine! Hoping I could find that solution here. I’m glad to be here and I’m ready to learn more! PS I found this forum after looking at some pherx pheromones on amazon. I wanted to do some research on them before buying, googled pheromones, and ended up here! Good thing I didnt buy the pherx! ---

Hi there Andrew! Welcome to the forum! Great intro post. Like that you’ve put some thought into your choices of mones. I can see that A314 is a good thing for your day to day use. Though the funny guy inclination will be eroded by the seriousness of A314. You’ll have to push yourself a bit more to get that funny guy vibe to others. You could use IShine to tone it down… I do think that IH would be good for you to do use when you are just meeting someone to get others to feel close to you… like an old friend. Hey there Andrew Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) can be great in everyday life experiences. I think they work better in this environment then they do in bars and clubs which in my opinion can be sort of like “horse and pony shows”. People putting on airs to impress and hook up with others. Increases your projection of confidence and helps create more interest. Ishine is charisma in a bottle. It makes people feel warm and comfortable with you. IO will increase communication and the urge for others to approach talk to you. Its attractive and friendly. Picking up women in “day game” situations can be a bit hard even with mones. In bars and clubs or even in college its common and expected. People hook up. I suggest you expand your day game a bit. Find some hobbies you like and join a group of others who are like minded. For instance if you like running or hiking join a hiking group. This will give you more casual exposure to people in a relaxed “getting to know you” type setting.
