Hello ~ My introduction: [Courting a New Interest](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/courting-a-new-interest/50253) Welcome to my little niche of postings. Hopefully it’ll help contribute to this forum one way or another. I finally got around to the start of posting my observations for using pheromones. Hope you enjoy it ~ However, we have to take a trip back in time, starting with May 17th, 2011 (Tuesday) It’s just barely an hour into Tuesday, 1:02 am to be exact. J had just dropped me off home after we went out to celebrate his birthday party. He’s one of the main people in this particular circle of friends of mine. There were 10 of us that night, 7 guys and 3 girls. Everyone was glad to see me and I got to catch up with each person throughout the night. Friendly, laid-back, good food, and good company adds up to nice welcome home outing. As I’m hopping into bed after my night out, I see that my laptop is still on. Thinking to shut if off for the night, my screen wakes up with a Firefox tab of PheroTalk on one of the many posts I’ve been reading/looking at. I get the sudden urgency to order some pheromones! May 18th, 2011 (Wednesday) It’s an early morning for me as my one and only nephew comes in to wake me up at 7:00 am to tell me good bye as he heads out to school with his mother. My nephew is 9 yrs old and he’s quite attached to me whenever I come home to visit. He leaves his own house and comes over to live for the duration of my stay. As I quote him, “I’m willing to go to bed early and wake up earlier if I can come over and stay with my Auntie while she’s visiting,” I can’t help but shake my head and smile. Soon, one of these days, he’ll hit that stage where Aunts wouldn’t matter as much and other priorities take the forefront. I’m not sure whether to be relieved or sadden by the inevitable fact that it will occur. As a side note, I am in no rush to have any of my own. Definitely not anytime soon I reiterate to myself as I drift back to sleep. By 8:00 am, I can smell pancakes, bacon, and eggs from my bedroom. My stomach gets the best of me and I go and grab a bite. Short and brief chat with my mom since my third Aunt is here to pick her up for a day shopping. I’m glad that she’s going out so I wouldn’t have to explain to her what’s in the package that’s going to be arriving soon. So it’s getting closer to 9:30 am and I’m starting to get a bit worried. Did I have a typo? What if they sent it to my home address in the DFW area? That would really be tragic if my package sat outside in the heat for 4 days. At 9:42 am, I hear the sound of a van coming down the cul-de-sac and see a FedEx rounding the corner and coming to a stop in front of the house. I contain myself from opening the door and jumping the mail lady for my package. It worries me a little that she’s holding the package with two fingers and slightly away from her body though. I greet her with a smile and she semi-smiles back. “Honey, whatever you ordered, it might’ve leaked, but it sure smelt good.” Either way, I’m excited that my package arrived even if it’s permeating a very strong scent that smells like a mix J’s cologne, Very Sexy for Him, and Axe. Opening my package, it was drenched through the bubble wrap. Taking stock I have: One empty bottle of Instant Shine (looks like the bottle wasn’t screwed tightly and leaked all the way… So much for testing it out. The thought of OD’ing on this product crossed my mind as I rub myself with the bubble wrap that got drenched.) It still smells like a guy’s cologne after being applied to my skin. The scent is quite heady. Instant Sexiness B [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) Regular Strength 1x and two freebies which more than made up for the loss of the Instant Shine in my opinion. Instant Honesty Regular Strength 1x Instant Honesty Double Strength 2x (all of them TOGOs) The note on my invoice gave me a smile! I will enjoy the gift. May 18th, 2011 (Wednesday) cont. I’m still trying to figure out what kind of format I’m logging everything in, but for now I’m simply going by my notes. So if there’s some discrepancies or changes later, you have to forgive me. **Product name,scent and strength** [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Neroli. Double Strength 2x **Application dosage and locations** Unknown dosage… More than I believe has been tested in one go unless someone’s had the urge to dump an entire TOGO bottle on their person. 10:00 am Home. 74 degrees inside. Smear bubble wrap on my neck and arms. _ **Is it possible to OD on this?** _ **Environment tested in.** Various. View Time Stamps for Location and Temperature. **Self effects.** None. Very strong, heady scent like a mixture of Very Sexy for Him and Axe. 10:30 am Home. 74 degrees inside. About 30 minutes have pass by since I smeared myself with whatever Instant Shine was on the bubble wrap. The scent is still strong as ever and very heady. Slight dizziness occurring. No self-effects from what I can gather. I actually just want to lay down and rest to stop the nauseated feeling. **Effects to others** 11:00 am Neighbor’s house 76 degrees inside. Being the devil’s advocate, I decided to pay a visit to my next door neighbor’s. They’re in their 70s and conversation was as normal. How are you? How have you been? Anything new happening? Their chihuahua didn’t seem out of the ordinary either. Hyper as usual. I thought for sure they’d comment on how I smelt since it was still very strong to me. **Does the age of your target respond differently to pheromones?** * * * 11:30 am Grocery’s 81 degrees outside. Sunny, mild wind. Thinking on that question, I decided against my better judgement, to head to the grocery. Semi-crowded. Had a few people wrinkle their noses at me!! _ **Can that count as negative hits or is that just because of the scent?** _ Cashiers were friendly as usual. No one approached me… I had someone pointedly look at me as if she was saying “aha! I found the culprit!” 12:30 pm Home. 74 degrees inside. Slight headache developing into an actual headache.. I’m overly intoxicated (not in a good way) by the scent now. 1:00 pm Showered. I’ve had enough of smelling like cologne/axe. Thank goodness my mother wouldn’t be home for another hour or two. **Duration of effects.** 3 hours **Effects from mixing with other products.** Not Applicable. **Range** Neighbor’s House. 1-3 feet. Grocery. around 10 feet for the wrinkling of nose and the pointed look. **Time exposure**. Neighbor’s House. 30 minutes Grocery. Within 1-2 min for the nose turners. This is the extent of my testing for Instant Shine. ---

Regular Strength 1x. **Application dosage and locations** 3:00 pm 1 spray to the front neck. **Environment tested in.** Home. 74 degrees inside. **Self effects.** None. Scent smells the same as Instant Shine. A mixture of Very Sexy for Him and Axe. Like a man’s cologne. 5 minutes of being exposed to the scent, I have a very minor headache. **I hope this headache effect goes away with repeated use. Like building an immunity to it.** 15 minutes later, the scent is still noticeable to me, but it’s much more faint than the concentration of Instant Shine earlier and I don’t mind it as much. **Effects to others** 4:00 pm My younger sister arrives at the door from her college. No noticeable effects on her. Conversation went as usual. 4:30 pm My nephew arrives at the door from his home and school. No noticeable effects on him either. He hugged and greeted me. Gave me a run down of his day, then went to set up his laptop. No effects on my sister-in-law. She was her usual self. She left as soon as she could so she could head home and relax I bet. 5:00-5:30 pm My mother arrives home first from her shopping excursion and she’s brought home clothes for us. Little sister comes out to see goodies. No effects on either of them as well. My father shows no side effects as well when he arrives, but he’s occupied with getting ready for dinner. 6:00 pm Dinner time. Conversation is usual. No one’s sharing or blurting anything out of normal. _ **I’m starting to think that family isn’t the best targets to test this out on, but I’ll include them nonetheless in my observations while I’m here.** _ 8:00 pm Everyone sat around playing cards. Having an enjoyable time and friendly competition. Nothing out of the ordinary here either. 9:00 pm Parents already turned in for the night. Little sister comes over to talk. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nephew’s passed out as well. **Duration of effects.** 6.5 Hours. **Effects from mixing with other products.** N/A. Unless there are traces of Instant Shine that doesn’t wash away. _ **Does pheromones wash away or should I attempt to clean the sites with a stringent or something?** _ **Range** 1-5 feet. **Time exposure**. Scent smells the same as previous uses. Still getting a very minor headache. **Effects to others** 3:30 - 4:00 pm. My mother, younger sister, and nephew were unaffected. 3:45 pm. Sister-in-law arrived at the house to pick me up to play tennis. No effects on her either. 4:00 pm. Car Ride. (a hit) Sister-in-law talked more than usual. Mostly about other people. This is different since she rarely speaks to me for such a long period of time. Then again, we were stuck in her car driving around town trying to find the correct Tennis court for 30 minutes. (the GPS installed in her car didn’t help much). Force to bond in close quarters? Highly doubtful. We didn’t arrive at the court until 4:30 pm. Played tennis for 1.5 hours then she took me home. She was less talkative on the way home. Could be due to tiredness or mones sweated off? **In heat or due to sweating, does mones disperse faster than usual?** I’ll put it down to the mones though since this is out of character for her. I rarely see her for long periods of times. May 19th, 2011 (Thursday) cont. Night After my shower, I decided to test IH times 2 since I’m going out with the same group as Tuesday again. So I grabbed the Double Strength for one spray. 1 spray of IH 2x = 2 sprays of IH 1x was my logic. Correct me if I’m wrong. Ah, my friends, my dear test targets, mes tres, tres, tres bons amis… If they knew, I’m sure they’d be amused and volunteer themselves willingly. But! Very big but… then they’d screw around and act out of character on purpose just to mess with me, so I’m keeping this from them. Guys will be guys. **Product name,scent and strength** [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). Neroli. Double Strength 2x. **Application dosage and locations** 7:23 pm. 1 spray to front neck. **Environment tested in.** Car ride to, Dinner, car ride to JJ’s house, JJ’s house, Car ride home. **Self effects.** None. Smells the same as my previous observations. Minor headache that went away in 10-15 minutes. **Effects to others** 7:45 pm. J came to pick me up. No effects on him it seems. zoom zoom zoom we went to meet up with our other friends at whichever restaurant they had agreed upon. I usually don’t ask what or where we’re eating I just know there’s going to be food! Conversation is normal. Good rapport and joking and laughing the whole way through. @ 8:00 pm - 10:00pm. Dinner. Group of 9 today total, 7 guys and 2 girls (this count includes myself). The girl is a new addition to the group for me since I haven’t ever met her. She’s R’s girlfriend. She seemed fine in her own skin and didn’t give me the evil eyes when we got introduced, which is a major relief on my part! Hurray for no daggers flying in my direction tonight. Two of the guys were introduced to me as well since we haven’t met. Two people who are complete strangers to me! Finally, I have other people to observe that doesn’t have some preconceived notion or idea of me. M currently moved to this neck of the woods for work (I told him he should’ve stayed in Houston where he’s from originally). The guys chimed in here to say that’s true, but he never would’ve met us! D lived around this area and met J at another party and from there, he’s been coming out now and then when the guys have a get-together. Both of them were friendly, and I got their life history rather quickly. This is normal for me when I meet someone new when I care to bother to find out this stuff. Where are you from, where you grew up, what you’re doing, your dreams, hopes, your problems, etc… Feels like I’ve known you forever even though we just met. I do believe I have to thank my older sister to model after for this practice. Works 90% of the time with guys. Females are more fickle… \>.\> it depends on their mood, their age, and if I met them via a guy friend on randomly. The pattern usually follows that if it’s a female introduced by another friend, usually a guy, it’s a 30% chance. I don’t count on it too often due to past experiences. If it’s a female that I randomly met, 60%, if she’s around my age. The older the female, the more receptive she is to befriending me or opening up. So @ the 40s-80s are an amazing receptive age group for me. The older they are, the better and the opposite holds true. The younger they are, the more cattier and more evil eye looks are thrown my way. Free dinner as usual with the guys. They usually take turns on who’s covering the girls for the night or who’s pitching in. What a group of gentlemen. I’m quite spoiled here on this regard. Their mama’s taught them well for sure as any of them can tell you. Open doors for ladies (cars included), pull out your chair, etc. Chivalry isn’t dead. It’s not necessary, but it is a luxury. I can do all these things for myself, pay for my own meal, get my own chair, open my own doors, close them too, but if you have guys who are willing to do them, I say let them. @ 9:45 pm - 10:15 pm Car ride to JJ’s house. I don’t have the precise time when we left the restaurant and headed over but it was in this 30 minutes range somewhere. I just know a trip that should’ve taken 15 minutes to get to took 5-8 minutes with him speeding at 90mph down a 35mph. I’m use to it. I just worry about him getting pulled over one day. I got into JJ’s car this time. I wanted to use someone else as a test subject. No effects on JJ either. Conversation was normal and JJ told me it was good to see me again. Not out of the ordinary. He says it all the time, every time. JJ is one of the main people in this group as well. I say he’s on par with J here. I just realize how many guys in this group have names that starts with a J. \>.\> They’re quite diverse in my opinion. This group is predominantly 55% Black, with a couple Hispanics, 25, Asians, 10%, and the rest White, 10%. @ 10:00 pm - 12:00 am JJ’s house. (not to be confused with J) Watched IP Man 2. Not sure if I wrote that in correctly or not. Since we were all watching it, there wasn’t much talking involved. _ **People who have their minds focused on something probably aren’t thinking about socializing, etc.. This can be considered as one way to bond with each other though, in this case, spending quality time together in silence.** _ Before J took me home, JJ and J finalized plans for T’s graduation party with me. T’s the other girl of this group. Through the 9 years that I’ve known her, we’ve rarely been able to hang out with the guys together, so majority of the time, it’s her and the guys, or me and the guys. It’s rare when there’s both of us around, but we get along just fine and have a fun time. My conclusions thus so far is that people who are familiar with me already seems to have no effects. As for the other two guys, nothing out of the ordinary for my first encounters. **Duration of effects.** @ 5 Hours. Slept in it when I got home. One interesting note: I can still smell faint traces of the pheromones. It must be just me because throughout the day, no one’s comment about smelling anything on me. I remember asking J before I went into my house what he thought and he said “you smell the same like earlier when I picked you up. Regular Strength 1x. **Application dosage and locations** 2:00 pm. 3 sprays - 1 spray on left side of neck. 1 spray each to inner elbows. **Environment tested in.** Out and about with friends for graduation party and celebration. **Self effects.** None. Smells the same as my previous observations. Minor headache that went away @10 minutes later. (Maybe I"m starting to build an immunity to the scent.) **Effects to others** 2:30 pm. JJ picks me up with J and T in the car. I decided to hop into the back with T instead of riding shotgun as I usually do. No effects on any of them from what I gather. Graduation was a blast though. Cheered super loud for T as she walked across the stage. No effects either from the people sitting around us. Dinner was usual as well. Good food and good company. **Duration of effects.** @ 8 Hours. Arrived home at 10 pm. We’ve got a long drive tomorrow and an early start. T.T **Effects from mixing with other products.** N/A **Range** 2-4 feet. **Time exposure**. @ 7.5 Hours. May 21st, 2011 (Saturday) I am so not a morning person this week… But wake up I must. I got up around 5:30 am and was ready by 6 am. JJ is driving while J is going to give it a shot at being the navigator. (He’ll fall asleep before we’re 1 Hour into the trip.) **Product name, scent and strength** [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) . [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/). Double Strength 2x. **Application dosage and locations** 9:00 am. - 2 sprays on the neck. (during the breakfast break) 7:50 pm. - 2 sprays on the neck. (this is my reapplication) **Environment tested in.** Breakfast Break ad rest of the Car Trip, Mall, D’s house, Ride to Dinner, Dinner, Drive Home, Home Sweet Home. **Self effects.** None. Smells the same as my previous observations. Minor headache that went away @10 minutes. **Effects to others** @9:00 am. Breakfast Break and rest of the Car Trip. No effects on either guys. J surprised me and didn’t fall asleep until 2 hours into the trip. We left at 7:00 am. Interesting fact, did you know cars had a max speed it can reach and that’s it? Well I found that out today when I watch JJ’s car max out at 105 mph. He was quite sad. We stopped for an hour for breakfast. We arrived at the mall around noon. New record for JJ. He turned a 6 hour trip into a 4 hour trip (not counting the 1 hour for eating and break). @ 12:00 pm. Mall. The guys are always accommodating so when I declared I wanted to go perfume hunting, they took it in stride and offer to give their opinions. Sales people tried to help me as usual, but we couldn’t agree on a scent. I finally found a perfume after trying out Pink Sugar, Pink Sugar Sensual, Omnia Crystalline, Gucci Envy Me, Dior Shine, Dior Addict II, Ange ou Demon, Tom Ford’s Black Orchid, Harajuku, Flowerbomb, The One, Kenzo’s Flower, Poppy Flower, VS Bombshell, VS Bombshell Summer, Incredible, Fantasy, Hearts and Daggers, Benefit’s Carmella, and Stella. (I know its a long list to try out all on the same day, but I’m pretty good at remembering which scent is which) So I spritz myself with it behind my ears and on my chest. Got a sample and well, the real test is when I show up at D’s house. D’s one of the guys I recently started dating. @5:00 pm. D’s house. I let my friends and myself into his house since he left it unlock for me. His friends were lounging on the couch when we got in. We all introduce ourselves after they got up. Since it was still early, we hung out for a while. Well when D greeted me, he hugged me longer than usual and said I smelled really yummy. I should hope so since the perfume smells like vanilla ice cream. Not Pink Sugar by the way. It had a burnt cotton candy smell which made me reject it. This one is more subtle. It deepens and blossoms the longer I wore it. Initially it wasn’t pleasant but give it 10 - 15 minutes to settle in. @7:50 pm. I resprayed the same application. @8:00 pm. Ride to Dinner. D sat in the back with with me. I think he was nervous of JJ’s driving since he gripped my hand a bit hard as we zoomed off across to another town for dinner. @8:30 pm. Dinner. Korean BBQ all you can eat, ribs, pork, chicken, beef, and so many side dishes. It was delicious. Nothing out of the ordinary here. @10:30pm. Drive Home. @11:00pm. Home Sweet Home. Help JJ and J settle in. They’re headed back tomorrow. We stayed up and hung out while playing card games. We called it a night around 1:00 am. **Duration of effects.** From the 1st application @11 Hours. May 22nd, 2011 (Sunday) Okay. Since Instant Honesty wasn’t producing any “out of the normal for me” results from what I can gather even with strangers and people I’ve just met for the first time, I decided maybe I should pair it up with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) for this week’s round of testing. I know I should test it out one by one, but well… it can’t hurt. Maybe layering Instant Honesty with Instant Openness could enhance Instant Honesty. Plus, there was the mix Come Talk To Me (CTTM) which is basically 50% Instant Honesty and 50% Instant Openness. Normal for me is people are nice to me, ask me about my day, I ask about theirs, they’re friendly and helpful, we usually end up joking, laughing about something silly, like friends even though we just met. I get a free treat or sometimes my drink is on the house depending on the cashier. Its a hit or miss thing, but its always a nice surprise for me when I get free things since I never expect it. Compliments me on being pretty which is normal of him. During the dinner part of our date, he just starts blurting out random things about where the food’s from, where’s he gone around the world, did I know this or that… it goes on and on. Pretty out of character for him, but it was endearing in a way. I let him do most of the talking. It got kind of irritating during the movies though when he’d turn to me and go, did you know? So, life threw me into a whirlwind. In my latest efforts to find my notes from long ago, I found my last entry scribbled on the back of a sushi receipt. Sprayed the remaining 10 shots of IS on me and went out to eat sushi. My friends kept saying how shiny I looked repeatedly and commenting on how great I looked out loud. I would count this as a hit for sure. My waiter by the way got down on one knee everytime to talk to me when I asked about anything. At first I thought its because he was so tall, but overtime, I noticed it was just me. So a hit. Side effects: few hours later, a slight headache. ------------------ fast forward to today ---------- 5/11/14 It’s been forever since I have been away. I decided to give mones another go. I order a 30 ml of IS 1X strength and was given P91. Thanks so much for the great service you deliver and I loved the packaging!! Will test it out soon! The scent is so much more tolerable now than I remember. Put it down to the long ago .
