Hey Sean and welcome to the forum! Make sure you take a look at the guys forums and the stickies there, you will find a wealth of information and some great answers to your questions. Why dont you tell us a bit more about yourself and how you interact with the ladies right now. If you want to try a couple of products to get some good ideas you may want to start with the togo size. If I were you I would take a look at [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for the attraction, maybe some instant honesty or instant openness for the conversation as well as some instant shine for the friendly happy vibe. I wouldnt go with anything more sexual due to your age (some may say ammo will be too much) try the others first and get a feel for what the pheros will do. Honestly, I get along with the ladies perfectly fine. It’s just meeting new people that’s a little awkward. I guess I’m the “shy-around-new-people” type. I’m very outgoing with people I’ve known. About the suggestions, I actually came up with a similar lineup after reading stickies and such for a long time before registering. I was thinking AMMO, Instant Shine, and [Come Talk To Me](https://a314.com/product/come-talk-to-me-cttm/) (Mix 2). I chose Come Talk To Me Mix 2 over the other 2 Instant products because I have trouble initiating contact. I might have trouble with AMMO, though, because I’m highly active with sports and athletics. Welcome sean! Looks like there is a new trend of name: … age: … sex: … lol Instant openness works better if you wanna hear what others have to say, meaning letting others do the talkind. Great when you are not really in mood to talk back, but still want to continue the conversation. For every word you say, you will hear like 10 more words 🙂 CTTm will let you participate more in the conversation. But u need to be quick in think what you have to say, since others are waiting for your turn. ---

I havent personally tried CTTM so I am not sure about it. With regards to what mockingbird said about instant openness, I will let you know my experience. I am an outgoing person when I feel comfortable with the person I am around and when I wear instant openness, even if it is not near my face OH WOW, I am miss chatty! So if you just want a person talking, I would say go for it! If there is depth that you desire, go with Instant honesty. ---

Hello Sean and welcome to the forum. You are looking at some pretty good products there. A lot of guys overlook the great effects and importance of the social products so I am glad to see you homing in on them. I would like to suggest one change to your line-up. For young guys like yourself I usually recommend [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) instead of ammo. You are probably naturally producing plenty of 'none and do not need to add to much as a lot of young ladies your age often get a little “shocked” or shy if you go too high which could be easy to do in your case - called an OD. Instant Gentleman will make you seem a little oder, cooler, smoother. Just the thing you want and would complement the social products you are ordering perfectly. Hope this helps. Welcome again. ---

Hello Welcome to pherotalk 🙂 You should be fine with AMMO because of the social buffers in it but you probably wont need very much as you ake alot of anone already. IG is another good option as it is less aggressive while still being attracting. It gives you a mature worldly sophistacated vibe. Dont under estimate the socials to attract and cause interest. I know the sexy products sound more fun but the socials like IO, IH, Ishine work great in creating attraction. Why can"t I find pheromones in local stores…like jc Penney, Wal Mart or drug stores, supermarkets or Health outlets etc.? Dino ---

Actually there are several commercially available products that contain pheromones, Realm cologne being one. As far as just pheromones themselves - I think they are still too cutting edge for the most part. There just has not been enough experience with them in the general populace to truly show their effectiveness or create demand. But if Jasmin successfully launches a commercial version of Ammo, then that will probably change. ---

BH is correct most stores dont sell them retail. Realm is sold in some retail stores, Paris Hilton adds mones to her scent line and those are sold in macys. Your best bet is to go into a Erotic toy store, they usually always have a few brands. Tisha
