Hello, Don’t quite know how I came across this website, but glad I did! I would like to try out [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to increase attraction to women and self confidence. A314 sounds like a good starting point! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum!! You are right, A314 is great for self confidence and trust. I do recommend a few things for you. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), which is great for moods and for reducing shyness, and Ammo which is good for attraction. I am a 24 year old male, trying to get that edge over my peers. I have been on a journey working on many facets of my life, personality, etc., to make myself a more complete person. I’ve recently started at a private gym with a personal trainer, and I have made working on my “inner game” and self confidence, especially with women, a top priority. I believe living in the moment and just doing what comes naturally the best way to interact with people. I am getting better as I get more positive “reference points”, but pheromones are completely new to me, but I am very intrigued. I have to admit I am naturally a skeptic at first, but have been reading many of the stickies and basic guides posted on these forums by other members. Excellent info so far. I am not naive enough to believe that spraying something on my body is going to make women reach instance climax, and men want to obey my every whim, but I would like to experiment with some to reach a nice balance. I am an attractive man, but want something to add more edge and appeal to my aura. I don’t care to have random one night stands, and the club scene is not my idea of fun. I am looking for some sprays that increase female attraction and create a more edgy, sexy, masculine appeal, while at the same time projecting friendly, outgoing, and interesting/intriguing. Hi there, Thats cool that you are working on improving yourself in many way.(^_^)The gym and self confidence training are definitely good ways and will definitely show results.Gym in particular helped boost my self confidence.Yup,naturally is definitely the best.Its better to be yourself than to play a game with women and hide your true self.Haha,they will definitely help boost your appeal.Would usually recommend ammo for attraction but if your confident enough,A314 will work well for you or you could try instant gentleman which is a more relaxed version of its alpha vibe.Both are good attraction products and make good bases.Friendly and outgoing,could try instant shine for its mood boosting or instant openness for its ability to make conversations flow more easily.Though i prefer instant honesty if its for a date or hanging out with a girl(^_^)Comfort is always an important part of attraction.Will be interesting to hear how it goes for you.All the best and hope pheromones help in your journey to a complete person(^\_^) ---
