# Scent or Stealth

Hi all, I’m new here and have ordered the following, Heavy [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), a314, IS, IH, and TUTH all unscented. I dont wear cologne so my question is, do I need to have some type of scent for these products to work effectively?

I only ordered IO with scent and I do love the smell of it but I’m wondering if I should get a travel size of Ammo with scent just to add a squirt for fragrance…

Any thoughts??

Stealth is good for diffusion without scent but IMO it is advisable to have at least a little of cover scent - as a few hours down the line, the pheros will begin to break down and get a bit fruity. Ammo and TUTH are the main ones that might give you problems.

At 50, I would suggest you consider the FF22/[World Edition](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/world-edition/) scent for your Ammo. - its a superb mature scent. Blue Summer is a good all-rounder though but maybe more youthful. TUTH in standard 6% Neroli is also effectively covered and light enugh to wear in most situations.

Thanks mobocaster, I will get a travel size of each, I really like the neroil scent from the IO I bought and I’ll try the ff22 too. I prefer a more subtle scent so I hope I can dose up with the stealth products and simply use the travels as a cologne.

I read through most of your journal a couple of weeks ago, very interesting stuff. I see that you are a big proponent of A314. I just ordered a stealth bottle of oil ( thats all i could get), do you have any pointers on how I should use it or if I should use it with any of my other products?

You can use it alongside many products - The main ones I avoid using it with are [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/), IO, Alphanol in significant doses or other very highly social products as IME they have contradictory properties or simply cancel each other out.

Stealth may require slightly different dosing compared to scented A314 - I’ve not tried it yet, so can’t comment directly. Individual testing is important to establish your dose range over a variety of situations.

If you are using oil and sprays, I would suggest you keep your oil app points apart - Sprays can be layered together ok but sprays and oil on the same spot can mess-up diffusion/speed-up breakdown.
