So in reading other posts I’ve come to realize other aspects of my life that may benefit from mones. Living/working in a male-dominated field takes a toll on a gal, even though I’ve come to be used to it. A complication of my ADD is that when I’m overwhelmed the frustration tends to trigger a neurochemical dump that makes me cry. In front of professors, bosses, classmates…NOT professional! ☹ Normally I keep this under strict control, and it only happens in front of (1-3) others incredibly rarely, but if I’m lacking sleep or unusually stressed and I take something too personally – argh. Then I hate myself, thinking they must think I do it on purpose to control the situation, which couldn’t be farther from the truth. And of course, that just amplifies the cycle.

In short – what would I start with for meetings with male bosses, advisors, teachers, and TAs that would reinforce my competence, bolster my confidence in that fact, and calm down my one high-strung / over-angry superior? (He’s just the type that gets angry/loud at _everything_ with everyone, and I handle this unprofessional interpersonal mechanism poorly. I called him on it last time, without resorting to raised voices or ending up crying, even after, so I _am_ working on this.) I don’t _expect_ negative reviews, I would just like to not over-worry about the possibility. (I am realizing I’m unnecessarily afraid of disapproval, knowing my reaction, and I want to get over that.)

Reading through some women’s journals, (I finally found _Advanced Search:_ PheroTalk Pheromone Research Forum) I realize that type of meeting makes a difference – most of mine are informal, one-on-one. My package arrives tomorrow with Shine, IH, IS/b, and [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/). From what I’ve read, I’m guessing IH and/or Shine for work. Without delving too much, I gather the P74 is for focus(?) but I’m not sure if that’s in general, or just date-related, and I certainly don’t want to start with that on an important day. (Now, I _really_ wish MX300 was available, and wonder if I should have ordered the A314, but again, something I wouldn’t want to start with on an important day.)

I ask this now, because I planned to start tomorrow, but I do have an informal practice hands-on quiz with a male TA. I’m ready for it, I just want to exude competence and boost my own confidence. I have a date after that, and I’d normally go home and shower first anyway – would I stick with the same one I tried earlier?

I read [Womens Pheromone Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/womens-pheromone-guide/4258), [Women Pheromone fast guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/women-pheromone-fast-guide/4229), and [How to Test and Report On Products UPDATED 12/01](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-test-and-report-on-products-updated-12-01/6297) but they don’t specify _when_ I start layering (some ways down the road) if they should or should not be on the same places, or is that something I must discover? Also, is there a general _best_ pulse point(s) to start with each product, something that works best for most people? I would say inner wrists and back of neck/behind ears, like advised for perfume? Or is it wrists for social and neck for personal? 😉
