So today is my second day using TAF and I think its going well. I got it in 5 mcg strength and both days I used 4 sprays on my neck:front,back and sides because I really wanted to get some self effects. The first day, I felt kind of restless, anxious within minutes then I felt a bit irritated. I felt like I needed to get something done but I didnt want to fall into placebo effect since I’ve read all the post about it creating focus so I fought all the urges to get ALOT of stuff done. The second day I decided not to fight the urge and it gave me like a smooth I have everything together type of feel. Like I got up and things seemed to fall in place very easily as I got things done. People were also very easy going around me, very calm and happy. My sisters also did what I told them to do without fighting and they even helped me cook without arguing. I felt like I had an aura of self control and people wanted to do what I asked and they seemed happy about it like giving respect. I love this because it wasnt like a “rush” or surge that eventually slows down or crashes. It was sooooooooo smooth like everything was perfect. So 2 thumbs up on TAF P.S both my sisters are teens and they did everything I asked without complaints so you can see how important of a change that is for teens to do just as they are told. Well at least for my sisters who hate doing chores lol ---

ok so I’ve been using TAF now and I like it. I think it needs higher dosages at least for me it does. I didnt get the overwhelming neat freak desire to clean like many others reported. For me its still more of an easy going smooth type of feeling, I did feel a bit more focused with a total of 25 mcg on since my bottle was only 5 mcg per spray. Next time I get another TAF bottle I’ll be sure to get a higher mcg amount maybe 25 mcg per spray so I can get to a 100 with 4 sprays and see if I get that super rush of wanting to do everything like everybody else does. ---

Have you tried pairing light taf with any of the instant line yet Vivica? I like using 5-10 mcg. paired up with something else but I can’t wear it solo at higher amounts. ADD booster for sure but I’m sure those tendencies have to be present to bring it out. 60 mcg. left me feeling as if I may have taken a hallucinogenic. 😉 ---

I actually layered it with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), and its a good mix. It was like bottling up Bon Jovi while he sung have a nice day. or you know those commercials where the woman is like superwoman and she gets everything done and does it all in 5 inch heels lol or better yet a stepford wife but with a brain and happiness. I just want to try it at a higher dosage I wonder what that will be like. Its just smooth thats the best word I can use to describe it.
