**Aside from P100’s mood-lifting properties, it looks like [P100](https://pheromonelabs.com/) may provide boosts in energy, productivity and doing chores (at least for Carrie, mark-in-dallas and Warren**). Oh, I reported on P100 the other day, but had not waited out the duration before posting. It had a hang time of about 4 hours, give or take 30 minutes, and when it wore off I felt very tired." I can’t believe it’s been two months since anyone posted to this thread. Are Mark and I the only people who need motivation for house cleaning? I have used this P100-TAF mix a half dozen times. It really works. To me, they just look like they belong there. I remember reading somewhere that it takes about 48 hours to become habituated to something like that and then you don’t notice it anymore. I don’t mean thrown into the laundry hamper. I could have done that two months and twenty-eight days ago. Then all my white summer clothes would be pink. I mean the [P100](https://pheromonelabs.com/) gets them picked up off the floor and hand washed – by me. I am not sure how this [P100](https://pheromonelabs.com/) works. It really needs some more looking into. Something amazing is happening here.** Mark used 60mcg [P100](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and 25mcg [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/). The ratios could probably use some more experimentation, but what Mark described seems to work quite well. Since my [P100](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/) were of the same concentration I simplified the ratio to 3:7 [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/):P100. That is 30% [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/). Mark’s mix is 29.4% [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/). Close enough? First attempt, I used about half the dose Mark describes. I got an effect, but it was weak. Since then I have been using about seventy-five percent of Mark’s dose. \*\*From the mix in my goto bottle that’s 18.75mcg [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and 43.75mcg [P100](https://pheromonelabs.com/). \*\*I did not notice any “hangover” when it wore off. It has lasted with a strong effect for about two hours and then fades out gradually. When I reapply, it leaves me kind of spacy. I need to keep experimenting with how much to reapply. I am thinking perhaps a lower percentage of [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/) on reapplication. This is great for cleaning, but lousy for doing math. After spraying on the [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/)-P100, one afternoon I decided to check my math for how I had mixed the two pheromones in desired proportion. It should have been simple arithmetic, but it drove me nuts. I had to re-do it half a dozen times. It seems to do screwy things socially as well. **I won’t bore you with details of cleaning my office, but there were trips to the hardware store, cleaning out boxes of twenty year old clutter and lots of filing. It really works. And has worked repeatedly, day after day.
