Try some P101? It sure seems to help me keep focus…

From a non [pheromone](https://a314.com/) perspective - Try reading a couple philosophy type books, not just the business get’r done books. I’ve found real philosophy to be far more enlightening and alot of the business books are very gimmicky.

I found Ayn Rand to be rather motivating a read… and Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance was really, really good - although both can get a bit heady at times.

“People create their own questions because they are afraid to look straight. All you have to do is look straight and see the road, and when you see it, don’t sit looking at it - walk.”
Ayn Rand

Sometimes setting a reward for myself when I finish a project helps as well.
