Be careful wearing Turn Up the Heat. It contains Androstenone, which is a sticky molecule and can build up with repeat use, and can lead to an overdose. Overdosing on Androstenone can make you very irritating to ladies, or attract only older women, or cause other males to want to fight you.

There is a ton of information on the men’s forum concerning this mix, and often it is used only when an intimate encounter is about to happen to “turn up the heat” for that encounter. The reason is the vibe of Turn up the Heat can be sexually intimidating to women who don’t know you. Do you really want to come across as a sexual predator to women you don’t know? That is a risk with this one if you try to use it in the wrong situation.

I wouldn’t recommend it purely as a sexual attractant to women, as it takes a bit of experience to get that right. Ammo would be better, or any of the lighter social mixes that would tend to make you seem more fun and interesting. Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Come Talk to Me, Instant Honesty… these are all better ice-breaker mixes, and can lead to you meeting a lot of women.
