A bit o’ honesty here. Like a lot of others I have gone through the the trials and tribulations of anxiety and depression. The anxiety is something I have had under control for years now, however the depression comes back occasionally.

Now, having depression I know can cause you to feel body aches and pain, but its also true that chronic pain can cause depression.
It becomes rather difficult to determine which came first, its a chicken or the egg scenario.

Now I know with some of these products the self-effects can lead to increased confidence (experienced it), calm almost don’t give a flying fuck attitude (experienced it), but there can be a crash associated with them too. (experienced it). But the other effects are so far well worth the “downside.”

But to get back to my question. Has anyone experienced an elevated mood to the point that they forget about body aches and pain?

A314 relieves headache if applied to the temple area. Seems to work pretty well.

TAA is the main ingredient in [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), so you can give that a try. BUT, some people have reported that “crash” that you’ve mentioned, but it tends to go away after a few uses. In my honest opinion, you should stick to what your doctor tells you because pheromones mess with your brain chemistry and someone with known depression should be careful with that kind of stuff. There are MANY different medications that have proven effectiveness for both anxiety and depression. Ask your doctor about SNRIs. They seem to work very well in that regard.

No, but try upping foods with magnesium. Magnesium deficiency symptoms include depression, body aches and muscle cramping, twitches, anxiety, and other stuff. Celery has testosterone and magnesium in it.

Great advice guys… I appreciate it. I’ll definitely look into the magnesium Josie.

Scottie, I am working with my doctor on trying to find something that works without causing weight gain, or insatiability which my meds were causing.

After losing over 120 pounds, I was not happy to be struggling with that issue on top of trying to fix “mood swings” and depression.

Not to mention it contains androsterone and supposedly increases semen volume.

I dont think they can provide that kind of relief in the form that we use them here. [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) are really not effective for treating medical conditions just wearing them. They do effect mood temporarily which may make you feel good but its like putting a bandaid on a severed finger. It just wont do the job.

However…

Tests are being done over at Pherin Pharmacuticals using certain pheromones as vomeropherins. While they are pheromones they are delivered to the brain by spraying them directly into the nasal canal. (Dont do this with commercial pheromones they are in a carrier)

You can read about it here…

Pherin Products

By the way Pherin is the patent holder for Est and A1 and a division of erox who makes natrual attraction and realm. They also teamed up with Dial to make dial magnetic.

You are a wonderful wealth of knowledge. Thank you for sharing it so freely. BTW can I convince you to change your profile pic back to what it was before?

Ahh shit… just lost my post

Firstoff - Tisha is right… if your depression gets serious don’t rely on pheros to fix it, at least not Pheros as sold by Androtics at the moment.

However I do think that some of AD’s products could help you.

A314 - This product is beautiful for creating confidence and restoring drive, both of which suffer tremendously in depression. This is the number one thing you should try applying on a DAILY basis to help yourself out.

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - Just makes you feel happier, people around you feel happier… it’s nice, it’s light and it mixes well with A314.

Finally - Moving away from the consumer line

P124 - Take a look at my journal - I’ve done a fair bit of testing with this molecule and I think it might be helpful. I know a common complaint by people suffering from depression is that they feel like they can’t get grounded - A lost floating sensation (They feel detached from their inner drive and purpose)… I find P124 really seems to ground me. Attach me to what I want to do… It’s like it imparts a weird kind of confidence - kind of binding you to your purpose.

Hard to explain - The effect mixes well with A314 and IS - I normally wear it in the 37.5 mcg range.

Finally check out [Urbanmonk.net](http://Urbanmonk.net) - There are a ton of resources for dealing with the mental aspect of depression and anxiety - it is really good shit.

Hey guys, I really appreciate the responses however let me clarify something. I am not requesting any information regarding depression or anxiety. As the title of the post says, “Pain.” LOL
Any mental health issues I need addressing I have done so with my physicians, therapist, and psychiatrist.

I have hip pain, and some back pain that at times is just unbearable. My doctor is treating it with ibuprofen and tramadol. I do not like pills, if at all possible I do like a more natural, holistic approach to things.

I have taken up yoga, and I do exercise. That does alleviate some pain, but if I get off track for just a week or so, it’s as if I never exercised ever before.

Anyway was just wondering about possible self-effects that might include something that would help you to not just think about the pain.

I am really appreciative of all the advice. I am especially going to look into the p124, because that description sounds just like me. I know my purpose, but I will just lose that drive and yes, feel like I’m lost, just floating and detached from myself, those around me, the world I guess.

Thank you one and all…I’m seriously looking into it all.

Ahh - I thought you were talking about the physical pain that sometimes accompanies depression
