# Self effects gone after heavy use: will a year off bring back IS, A314 and Ammo?

Hey guys/gals

I have not used [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) in about a year. I noticed my last go around I became immune to the self effects. Is that common, does that happen to all users, and how long does it take?

Since it has been a year will the self effects of the IShine, A314, IO, TUTH, return? Once you become immune how long do you need a break from mones before they return? I really enjoy the self effects of ammo and IShine.

are you sure you became immune? you might have simply.. well taken on so many character traits that you have with the self effects that you didn’t notice it much of a difference anymore???

I seemed to. I would not get the uplifting effects of IS or sure. Other people around me would but I could not feel them. I even changed the application point to get it closer to my nose. Oh well I should get my order in the next few days and I’ll see how it goes this time.
