Just applied 2 minutes ago. Stream of consciousness thoughts:

My mind clears.  
I feel more confident. I feel grounded.  
I feel happy, worries seems small.  
I feel optimistic.  
I feel a cool, light sensation from throat down through my chest and stomach.  
I feel powerful.

Glad to hear that. Confidence is 3/4 the battle. The other 1/4… Well, we’ll get to that later. 😉
