I’m putting up my house for sale officially tomorrow. The realtor suggested an ‘open house’ type of showing next Sunday where potential buyers can drop by to see the property and ask me questions.. (The realtor won’t be showing my house to buyers, I’ve opted for doing this part myself to save a shit-ton of cash and because I have some previous non-realty sales experience/above average social intelligence). Anyway, I know pheromones can be used for great results in face-to-face sales situations so I’m hoping for suggestions on which of the pheros in my current stash that could be used. Well, from what I heard and my experience: Stay away from TAC (unless you want to make the woman buy the house), P83 and TUTH. MX353 also considered to be a love potion. A314 or [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) seems to be the best bet. I personally would go for A314, since it makes me and others feel like I know what I am talking about. If you dress well and combine it with social engineering you can even trick them into thinking that you know all about houses and don’t try to sell them junk. ---

well. one thing i did was spraying plants in the store with beautifying mones and they were gone way faster than before .. as well many customers were commenting on how good the store looked like so what you have to do is to spread around some P86 and it hopefully will work ! there was a guy that was selling cars and was posting about it here on the forum but i dont remember what mones he sprayed into his car .. for negotiations take the A314 but make sure that the application is quite fresh [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is very good for selling life insurances or such things but i doubt that it will work for selling a house .. cheers, Pago ---

OK, Update time: After trying both IG and TAK and hosting about 5 open house showings, I sold my house after having it on the market for two months. And the winning [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) was: A314b spray! 1 single spray to the front of my throat, sold the house to the first buyers I used A314b around. I guess there’s no real competition when it comes to A314 and sales 🙂
