When I first joined I read a post (not sure which category) about a real estate agent who, on a whim, decided to spray one of the AD phero’s around the property she (he?) was selling to see if it could increase interest on a property that was not particularly easy to sell. This also could have been a rental until - my memory is a bit vague as I’ve read so many posts recently. At the time I read the post, I was such a newbie, I did not know how to mark it for future reference (I’m still not sure I’m doing that right - but I digress). If anyone out there can direct me to that post, I’d be grateful for the lead - haha - pun intended! THANKS! ---

I cant find the particular post your referring to but this post will help give you some ideals [Finding New Ways To Use Pheromones!](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/finding-new-ways-to-use-pheromones/26420) My advice is to use Ishine and a Glade plug in air freshener. The kind that the scent go’s in a little bottle and a fan blows it out into the air. If you dont want to do that because the house is still occupied then just make a excuse to go into another room while they are looking at something and give a few sprays around the room. Also you want them to trust you and feel connected. Where some IH to the back of your body. I say the back because you dont want it to effect you as much as them. I cant guarantee these methods will work but its worth a try. I know when my boss is being a pain in the ass if I sneak in and spray the office chair with some Ishine he is always in a much more open better mood. Tisha ---

My friend is placing her condo on the market soon. With this economy she’ll need all the help she can get. Thanks for the tip about taming your boss. Next time my boss is a bear I’ll give it a whirl!
