# Serious meeting with A314 alone

I was chairing a meeting at my customer’s place. It is a yearly meeting to review the performance of all the departments and attended by the 2 bosses and all Head Of Departments.

I used 2 drops of A314 alone on the day. The room is kinda small, acoomodating about 10 people. I guess the phero had the most effect judging from the closed, small room. The meeting was run seriously but full of respect to me.

The bosses will normally comment after we review every agenda but this time was relatively quiet. Is this also an effect of A314?

Normally the bosses will input some humour in the meeting but there was very little this time – really serious.

Bottomline, I still get the respect but maybe I need to lighten up the seriousness by mixing with social pheros. Planned to get CTTM.

Maybe 2 drops are too much for me as I think I am producing respect phero myself because I usually get respect for my customers wherever I go

2 drops is normal.. or maybe little 🙂  
but if the temperature is high 2 drops work prety well.

I would suggest to add [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or TAA.

I think that CTTM will not be a good idea.  
You will increase the talk but.. decrease the quality of it.

Check out my post further down the line.

Bottom Line is that unless I want to shut most communication down I go with either TAA/[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or IH to offset the A314.

My preference is actually for the IH though I have used both together. It helps create a feeling of connection that helps offset the seriousness of A314 and it gives me meaningful conversations with people who need to tell me things.
