Hi all, I’m new here but I’m not new to Pheromones. In the late 70’s/ early 80’s I tried one of the first mass market [pheromone colognes](https://a314.com/shop/) for men. Unfortunately I can’t remember what it was called, but I think it came in a black bottle. Can anyone help me with the name? It contained pig pheromones. I was told that when a farmer wants to move a 400 lb sow from one place to another, he just sprays a rag with pig pheromones and she’ll follow it anywhere! Anyway, I used to go almost every week to the same nightclub - sometimes several times a week. At this club I conducted my own little private study of pheromone cologne. Say I was there on a very slow night where there were lots of empty seats available in all corners of the club. I would spray a seat in an out-of-the-way corner with this cologne and then sit up at the bar to watch the fun. Invariably some woman would go out of her way to sit at or near that seat! It was like an invisible magnet. It didn’t work on all women, but it almost always worked on at least one! Other nights I’d be wearing it on myself. Again, most women just ignored me as usual. But there’d always seem to be at least one who’d ask me what I was wearing and tell me she loved it! So after many months of experimenting with the stuff I came to the conclusion that pheromones do work on a few women. But all they do is bring women to your vicinity. After that its up to you. ---

Hi Oinker, welcome to the forum! That sounds like an interesting experiment, though I don’t know what that cologne might have been. You may want to ask in the mens section, more responses than here, since this is just the intro section. In order to make the best recommendations for your needs, and also get you qualified for the $25 gift certificate, please share some info about your personality and how you relate to others. Are you confident and outgoing, or more on the shy side? Also, what kinds of things are you thinking of using pheros for? Work? School? Romance? What kinds of effects do you hope to see? ---

A little research on Google has jogged my memory. The stuff I used back in the day was “Andron for Men by Jovan”. Apparently its a real collector’s item now. Vintage bottles on Ebay selling for upwards of $119. I am still curious about the products available today, but I’m married now. Not sure if I’d be asking for trouble by weaing “[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)” when I’m out with my wife! ---
