# Sexual hits with nols: Anol's playful feel versus Anone's raw passion

Maybe 3 sprays IO to 1 TUTH.

Use an additional spray of TUTH on each subsequent date, and keep the IO the same.

That’s what TUTH is for… turning up the heat, slowly and gradually. Gradually bringing sexual tension to a boil.

It’s no secret… it’s name exactly after how you use it.

Now, here’s some advice for where you start:

If your first date is with someone completely new, I wouldn’t necessarily use it there, because you don’t have enough comfort and attraction yet.

If you’ve already built some comfort with the girl (and hopefully have some attraction going on), then go ahead and start turning up the heat from the very date.

A minimum of that makes androstenone it more comfortable, but you can far exceed this, too.

Again, try using [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) to turn up the heat.

That’s a reliable, no BS way to use androstenone.

I wouldn’t worry about your ratio to IO as much, unless you have social experiences telling you to be concerned. IO, for most people, won’t knock much heat out of Turn Up The Heat.

Remember, it’s not just alpha androstenol in there - there’s a few tweaks.

If it’s a first blind date or with someone you barely know, drop the TUTH. You already have the Shine in there to give a nice sexual presence without overdoing it.

If it’s a date with someone you know and have some attraction with, you can start with 1 spray of TUTH if you have.

I’d say you can use up to 3 or 4 sprays of IO starting on the first date.

Subsequent dates, add a spray of TUTH, and perhaps remove a spray of IO. This will ramp up the “ants in the pants” effect.

_“Gotta… take… these… damn… pants… off!”_

Remember to make touching a regular part of your date from the getgo, so when you go in for a kiss or more, it’s not awkward.

Start with little touches (on the arm, hand, shoulder, etc), and work your way up in duration and intensity.

In fact, start touching before you go out on a date. Before you get her number.
