# Sexual hits with nols: does heavy Anol from IO or IH dull TUTH's Anone?

There’s already enough bnol and other pheromones in [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to refine it (to “steer” the effect) and make it more usable.

Unless, of course, you want an extremely candid, almost truth serum like effect of Instant Honesty. Then you could pile on the beta-nol.

Try 40 to 100mcg of alpha nol to “loosen up”. Be funny, but make sure your behavior communicate that you are still in control, and a higher value. Keep your head held high, stand straight, talk loudly and deliberately, etc.

Like a successful, professional comedian, you have to still control the room when you’re exercising humor. (“bad” or inexperienced comedians are notorious for losing control over the crowd and being “walked on” by the audience)

The mention of alpha nol dosages and Instant Openness reminds me…
