So I will be going on a date early next week, I got Instant Gentle man, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), Turn up the heat. So the question is which one should I use, and in what quantity? Basic info; I am 21, she is 25. I don’t think I produce too much -none, my self though. And perhaps if it goes good, who knows I might just take that camera out for you guys 😉 haha jk. ---

ok, actually I have heard of them not being the best mixes, none the less some have had good experience with it before. So now I am confused, what should I do? And if I was to choose one from Ammo, IG. Which one should I use? ---

in my opinion go with Ammo . IG positions you to be the provider, however, from my experience you should go physical intimacy before any of that which would mean Ammo. ---

Yeah. IG will mix well with Ammo, the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in IG are a primary component in Ammo. Use them both, TUTH on standby. ---

yeah if I were you I pack the Turn up the Heat for support, I would say that’s a little too strong for a first date… but bring it just in case. ---

I really think that IG can cause attraction and have no idea why people dismiss it so fast. Your not going to friendzone yourself because you are wearing IG, your gonna friendzone yourself because of the way you act. Personally, I have noticed that IG puts me into a very confident mindset and helps me joke around a little more with the people around me. Its also what I was wearing when I have seen some of my most blatant hits. I know there is a few others on here that can back me up on this. ---

It is you first date … do you hope for a second date … possible LTR? Go Ammo by itself or IG by itself. Pack TUTH in case, but why the rush? ---

Use the Ammo and IG together. Keep the TUTH available in case you do start getting closer and more intimate then I’d suggest sneaking away and a spray or a half spray of TUTH to the chest UNDER YOUR SHIRT. This will create a nice slow diffusion for the -none and should help things to progress quite nicely ---

two AMMO if you are under 30; three ammo if you are 30+… Add IS, IH, IO or CTTM and you will be golden! ---

I would use ammo on my chest, with a bit of tuh on my neckline . Great to position a fave phero where the girl gets a good wiff when you give her the hello hug, ifm was a great product for this tactic,
