Hello, I received my first shipment yesterday containing A314, IShine TG 2X, IO, TUTH, and a complementary IH TG (Thanks Jacob!) mmmm Chocolate 🙂 I used one spray of the IShine TG 2X last night before going to sleep, leaving me with a feeling of happiness and content. I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night, waking up just fifteen minutes before my alarm was set. I woke up without the usual drowsiness and felt well rested. My plan today is to observe the effects of A314 and IShine around my customers and staff at work. As far as dosage and application are concerned, can I have some recommendations from the community? My personality is Type A. I have no problems interacting with strangers. My staff listens to my delegations and that of the other managers, but, sometimes need to be reminded of what is expected of them and to take initiative performing tasks. With Best Regards. ---

I would start with 1 drop A314 without [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Work up to 3 drops and note reactions. Then start adding Instant Shine and compare the results. Instant Shine should make you approachable while wearing A314. Welcome and good luck… let us know how it works … ---

test the products one at a time. First day start with smallest possible dose. Next day add a bit. Work up slowly until you find what is the best dosage for you. When you have a good feel for what they do individually you can start mixing them. ---

Okay. It sounds like the consensus is to take it one step at a time. I will take this advise and begin with one drop of A314 and report my experience back. Thanks 🙂 ---

Definitely start with one product at a time and at low doses working your way up. There is a thread in my signature block about Newbie Tricks. It is by a very experienced user. Give it a read - it will help you get off to a good start. Once you get a little experience under your feet - my favorite work mix is A314 and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). ---
