I have ammo but I still haven’t been blown away on performance by it. I have found that arguments seem to have started when I spray it on (one per each side of the neck). I am hearing a lot of reviews about IS, should I get one and try it? What [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are used for that one? I know androstenol is in Ammo but what about IS (Instant Shine). T ---

IS is mostly TAA with some other steering molecules. Its easier to socialize with other people. They want to know you better and like being around you. The vibe it gives off is attractive to younger women, maybe a star/celebrity a bit. Your mood and others around you will lift up. I find things are funnier then usual, and a bit more wittier and easier to communicate. Ammo does contain Alpha Androstenol which can make others more chatty and things are more fun.. Its possible this is just getting others to verbalize things. IS can steer things more happy when used together with Ammo which might lessen negative talk. Ammo is more fun/flirty then flat out sexual unless you have higher testosterone, and so can add some tuth if that is the case. The stealth scent may not give you the issues as past scents have. You can still add your own cologne if you have one that also doesnt bother you while the stealth will enhance the diffusion and lessen some of the natural scent. Androstenone in Tuth and Ammo a portion of people smell as urinous, but not everyone as it depends on genes. With Southeast asians, they dont like high enone. They prefer Erone with low Enone or socials. So [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) as a base will definately attract them.. Or IG/IS. P75 1.25-2.5/IS or such I would think would work. Sometimes you will have to use socials or more of them in other blends because you work out and with higher T you have naturally higher Enone, and use along with some status. Blacks on the other hand can tolerate high enone even from a young age. So they will respond to strong sexual/enone blends, keep in mind that added socials can lessen this. P96 has a bit of a awe/high social status vibe and can enhance bonding and love among other things when your ready to look more for a partner then a sexual encounter. ---

Data, thanks for the response, I will give it a shot. Has anyone noticed their pheromones causing others to get into altercations. I thought it was a coincidence but I decided to spray some on before going out to events and when I play it back, unusual spats had occurred. In one incident, my friend was annoyed at the bouncer for something that I thought was unnecessary and in the other event, I had left the place but a huge argument had broken out almost to the point of fisticuffs. I did mention before that the androstenol in Ammo was giving me a headache (and I never get any sort of headaches). It was also causing my body to tighten up. I have gotten the tightness and the headaches to dissipate considerably and I was only using one shot on my wrists and then rubbing them together and perhaps applying it to my neck. Any identical events to report? I wonder if the Shine can dissipate this consistent effect. ---

Androstenone (None) is probably the main one that is likely to rub people-up the wrong way. Which is annoying as it is also the phero most widely useful for sexual/attraction purposes. Usual reason is that they are wearing too much None and often around younger people who can do better with less rather than more by way of dose. Some time spent testing to establish your effective dose range across a variety of situations/environments will help you here. Also pay attention to balancing/moderating mones that help diffuse the potential for negatives - but don’t obliterate the None with socials, look to complement/round it out instead. Ammo is pretty well balanced but it can still cause some people problems - sometimes extra moderation helps but often its as simple as using less. What age are you and how many sprays were you using? Also, was this the standard or 'Heavy@ version - it will say on the bottle. Nols - yes they can cause headaches and a tired/drawn/fidgety feeling, IME most often when worn at high dose or with prolonged use/topups. Keeping yourself well-fed and hydrated helps a lot IME, as does the occasional pause to rest a while. Adjustnent is also a factor and you may find you get-on much better after a few outings. IS - not really, in fact it has its own ‘crash’ issues where if you wear too much too long you will know about it! So short term mood-lift aside, its not the answer. It also has less by way of moderation effects compared to Nols or putatives like P96 or P130 (excellent around younger women) so it is more a steering product. Saying that, Ammo/IS is an excellent social/attractive combo for a lot of people over a wide age range. Fortunately, IS is about the fastest phero to adjust to, so for most people, any problems go away after a few outings. Lastly, some scents can cause you problems. I had to give-up on the standard Ammo (FF21) scent for this reason - headaches/mild irritation but the [World Edition](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/world-edition/) (FF22) and Blue Summer (FF23) scents were fine. So taking it in a different scent could be an answer. Moving your app points to the periphery will help but most of the further flung areas don’t diffuse so well so dose adjustment may be needed, also sexuals always seem to do best for me on the neck/throat area - Best diffusion and think how an interaction builds - you want the maximum impact when they are physically closest to you. 🙂 ---

Mobo, I am in my late 30s..I got the ammo scentless one, I want to try it again and see..my ammo is regular, not 2x strength but I will doublecheck to verify in a few… ---

The agitation/aggressive behavior you described does sound like it can be from having too much total androstenone, also mentioned by Mobo above. If you work out regularly or have decent amounts of lean muscle, your testosterone levels can be higher which leads to a higher natural output of androstenone. And then we are adding more to this with pheromones that contain any Androstenone. Androstenone is also sticky and so some residual can stay and last a day or even longer adding to the total. This is why some people get better hits because the next day you are applying your dose and have some extra from a previous app, but people with higher T can then have too much so keep this in mind. You can try witch hazel on a cotton pad to get rid of some of it at the end of the night. If you go out and see more blacks who give you iois and interact, your sig is quite high in androstenone. This can certainly attract older women, blacks, hispanics but can also cause issues around men. Just add some more socials. For me, P96 is my go to when I get OD as it generally fixes bad mixes and OD, and even better makes it work great when I’m around men for awhile, usually try 12.5-15 or 25-30. But you can try things like TAC, P131, P74, P130, IO, CTTM, IH, P86… IS also works a bit but more of adding features to a mix, and there are many others… Many have other properties that will also add to a mix. IO, CTTM, and IH contain Alpha Androstenol in different amounts. Mobo, which thread would I ask general or random questions about mones? I don’t want to hijack other hot threads for a random question. My question is, I have some old TUTH from about at least four to six years ago. Does it still work or should I get a fresh batch? Do mones ever expire? ---
