# Should I wear mones concurent to my state of mind?

I always feel a little bit hesitent wearing mones, because my mood usually does not match the image i send out. I’ve feeling pretty crappy lately (school issues mostly), so if I wear something like IO or IS, it makes me nervous, because I may end up giving off mized signals. Then again, I’m suprised that the mones dont have much of an effect on me. IS used to but I think I have more of a tolerence for it now. Same with IJ. My goal, I guess you could say, is to find out whether or not this whole Idea of sending mixed signals is in my head, and then, what the best way to fix it would be.

My suggestion would be to take a break and your tolerance for self effects will come back.

But also never force things to come out. If you are not feeling social, don’t put on social mones. You don’t need [pheromones](https://a314.com/), they are tools to accentuate what you already have. If you have an itching to be social, put some social stuff on and have fun 🙂

Yes, you should try to wear what complements your personality/frame of mind.

Or learn how to project a suitable impression of personality that matches your mones - It is maybe not ideal and should always be rooted in a genuine aspect of yourself but it can be done. 🙂
