Hi there… This is the first time I’ve look into pheromone and I’ve come across this site which is indeed very informative. Initially I ran into a lot of jibes that pheromone doesn’t work and it’s just a hype. Well, sometimes I think different ppl has their own opinion and definately, I don’t see any harm trying something. Probably it do works. 🙂 Well, to start of the least, I’m a 31 year old male. Right now not attached to anyone as I’ve broke off with my gf more than a year and I’ve gotten over it a couple of months ago. I think I’m quite a shy guy and most of the time, I don’t initiate the talking first. So, I guess some pheromone can change this or at least help in some other ways.. I’ve read through some threads and I’m quite fascinated by some stories/reviews of A314. Ammo is another one I’ve seen good review. I’m not sure whether [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is effective/strong enough to attact the opposite sex. Hopefully I can get suggestion you on which pheromone to try.. 🙂 ---

Welcome to this forum silverlance! Yeah I agree that this forum is extremely information, both for beginners and veterans, since there are so much reports about alot of products and great explanations too 🙂 Io is a [social pheromone](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) with very limited attraction element, but it is very good to start conversation that u can steer 😉 and since you are shy it will work quiet well. Ammo would be the attraction product to get. While a314 is more for respect as u probably read already, it is indeed powerful. I would say start will io and ammo first 🙂 Good luck! ---

thanks… well.. just curious, after applying [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/), do we still apply our favorite perfumes?.. I’m still looking at A314.. 🆒 ---

Hi, welcome to the forum! All of the commercial products (the ones you’re looking at) have their own scents. You can perchase them without the cologne scent, but for beginners it’s recommended to buy the regular versions. You’ll have better success right away. Gotta agree with Mockingbird, Ammo, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and A314 are all good. Enjoy your stay… ---

Hello silverlance, Great to have you in Pherotalk so welcome on board 🙂 I agreed with my buddy Mockingbird on what he have said & the pheros he have recommended as well 🙂 Yes, Phero do work Sliverlance but it depends on how much & where you wear it. But i noticed in your situation there that you said you are shy so i suggest on my part [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as this phero is good at boosting self confidence thus breaking the shyness there & also it make you & the people around you feel good too 🙂 As for your question, yes you can wear your own favourite perfumes after applying the pheros but it is a lot better you wear the pheros by itself for better results 🙂 Hope my info helps. While waiting for the $25 coupon, I’m still reading across threads to digest more info on the pheros and probably I could only get one phero this time around. Well, by the looks of it, A314 is very good but doesn’t seem meet my objectives which is getting the opposite sex to initiate the conversation first and attraction.. I think [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is quite good in this sense… well.. still thinking thinking thinking… ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Your right A314 would not fit your situation. While your thinking though let me make you aware that most products come in a to-go size as well as full size so if there is really something you want to try you can inexpensively. I think AMMO and either CTTM or IO would be great for you to start with. IO causes attraction but is not sexual in nature most times. It draws people to you and helps them open up and feel comfortable talking to you. It peaks there interest and opens doors to give you a chance to make a impression and a move. AMMO is more sexy, Masculine without being over powering. Sexy, mildly arousing. Interesting. A great well balanced mix. I’m a little cautious on the -none products after reading numerous thread.. 😛 Anyway, have to place an order sooner or later as the exchange rate on USD currency keep on fluctuating..which on my case, meaning I need to pay more… ☹ hey.. no wonder I can’t find my thread.. the topic has been modified. hehehe 😛 .. i was looking high and low for it until i relook at my profile.. ---

ei.. strange.. I thought I’ve posted a reply.. but anyway.. I’ve to retype again.. I’ve just placed an order for one bottle of AMMO (1x), [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) TOGO and Instant Shine TOGO. Being Asian in an Asian country, I’m still cautious of -none products as I’ve read in numerous threads.. Also, the exchange rate for USD is fluctuating now and then which in my case, it’s not a good sign, meaning - I need to pay more… ☹ Anyway, before the shipment arrives, hopefully I can get some pointers on applications. I’m going to spray once on my neck AMMO and dab one drop of Instant Openness and Instant Shine on my wrists (which I conventionally do with my other fragrances). Is this the right way to do this?.. Do you guys recommend using in the gym as well? This is because I’ve used a local phero and the first time I used it.. in the gym.. one &(\*!#!@# gay came and asked me to help him with his weights.. I’ve been working out so long and never had this nightmare before.. probably I used it in the wrong area.. chicks dont usually hang around weights area… sigh..
