Hello djflex & nice to have you as a member of Pherotalk 🙂

Good that you decide to join this forum & i understand that you are skeptical about pheros well we all used to think like that but after trying it out & seeing the results, i’m not surprised you will be a believer 🙂

Well some of the phero sprays have a really good smell well some are not & need to be covered with a cologue 🙂

Ok here is my recommendation to your situation there try [AMMO](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)(Regular Strength will suit you as i noticed your age there) + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) + [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)(Try get 2X strength for the Instants if possible)
