I think it has been about 2 weeks since I first got my mones. It’s time to get a journal going.. I started out coming to the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) community as a skeptic. I didn’t really know if it would work or not, but I decided to give it a shot. When I first got them, to many’s surprise, they seemed to not work at all. I was converted to a nonbeliever. However, I continued to roam the forums, and kept on using mones. I even made another $150 order. The past few days, I began to realize that I was wrong. The mones were making a difference, but I was just not noticing them. However, I’m still not getting good results, or any results, most of the time. So once again, I’m a skeptic. (But I’m leaning toward the believer side!!) I’m going to use this journal as a place to record things that happen in the day and what I notice going on around me. It’s mostly for me, but you (yes, YOU) can read on if you want and comment, give advice, etc. -Skeptic ---

I too was in the same situation. Although there hasn’t been anything significant that I have experienced, I just keep telling myself that I just haven’t found the right mix for me. I really want to believe they work. ---

Okay. First post to Journal. Dear Diary, haha jk I’m going to use this post to put up any hits I can remember in the past two weeks. I’ll probably edit this as I remember more. They are not going to be in chronological order. * * * Let’s see. 1. Towards the beginning, I remember I was wearing AMMO and I think IO. I was in one of those classes with 20-30 people only. A girl sitting about 5 feet from me looked back at me. She turned around and made eye contact the first time. Looked out the corner of her eye the second. From then on, it felt like she was looking through her peripherals, but I really couldn’t tell. I was stupid and didn’t smile the first time. That failed I guess. 2. I wore [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/) B, IH, and maybe IS to a job interview. After waiting for about 2 minutes, the girl sitting about 1 foot away from me initiated conversation and shook my hand and one other person’s hand. After the (group) interview was over, she actually continued talking to the other guy. Maybe she got confused. 3. This one is just something that started happening over time. I’ve been wearing AMMO + IS a lot lately. My roommate’s girlfriend, who seemed to always be in a pissy mood, gradually got better. I even noticed that she stands closer to me now. When we (roommate, his girlfriend, and me) were getting food the other day she kept getting closer to me. Not in an intimate way, just in a way that shows she was more comfortable with me. Of course, I would never make a move on her or anything! 4. This one is not a hit at all. I am almost always wearing either AMMO or A314 around my roommates. I showered one night and didn’t reapply. I noticed that I was constantly interrupted and I would never be able to get out anything longer than a few words. Now that I think about it, it was somewhat like this before I got mones. My roommates aren’t jerks or anything, but they are naturally somewhat alpha. I guess that contributed to the fact that unless I have on -none, they will subconsciously look upon me as beta? 5. One day, I decided to go out with 3 sprays of A314 on. Keep in mind I’m 18. On my walk to class, I found that people moved out of my way. I also felt like a BOSS. lol 6. I put on a ton of IO and AMMO. I was at the point where I was getting frustrated because I wasn’t really getting hits. This was also back when I forgot you have to wait 15 minutes for the scent to die down before going out. When I went to the dining hall, I got DIHL looks from the cooks behind one of the counters. There was also a girl about 20 feet away messing with her hair. I think this only worked because the smell was so strong. 7. Here’s another story of when I broke the 15 minute rule. I put on some IO and AMMO, not a lot, but I can’t remember the exact amount. My friends were dead quiet around me. I also sort of became ghosted. When I went to the bathroom and wiped off the areas I sprayed, I came back to a surprise. Just like magic, as soon as my friend saw me (the same one that was ignoring me) from across the room, he yelled out hey or something. ---

**11/08/11** I put on one spray of AMMO and two of IS. I didn’t really get any hits, but I only had one class, and I had a test in that class. I don’t know if IS had anything to do with it, but I felt really relaxed and somewhat confident while I was taking it. When I got back to my room, I rubbed my hand all over the spots I sprayed and I could smell nothing. My guess was that the mones were gone. It had been about 3ish hours, and it was pretty windy. I put on two sprays of AMMO and 4 of IS. My skin felt like it was _burning_ a good bit, but it was gone after 20 minutes or so. I didn’t get any hits in my next class. However, the professor kept messing up while trying to work out problems. I haven’t actually tested this out, but I kinda feel this only happens when I have mones on. Hmm.. About 2 hours later, I put on one spray of IO and rubbed it all over both my arms. I left my room about 3 minutes (breaking 15 min rule, but I think it’s OK because it’s only one spray spread all over both my arms) later for some food. This was quite strange: There are people that work just in the back and clean dishes. Every now and then, a person will come out front and restock the dishes in the front. The guy that came out looked at me and said “sup?” I only smiled back. I didn’t really want to talk to this person lol ---

**11/09/11** Tried IG for the first time today. I didn’t really notice any effects on others, but I found myself walking with great posture lol. (Shoulders back, chest out a little, tall stance) I also found that for some reason, I was walking really fast. I don’t really know why. My legs were killing me by the time I got to class. No hits though. I was using 2 sprays. I also used IO with the IG. 4 Sprays rubbed all over my arms. Didn’t really get any IO related hits. Actually, I guess I had one hit. A girl reached over me to turn something in. I’m positive she got a whiff, but I left right after. I saw her later that day. We made eye contact, and she smiled. 🙂 ---

**11/11/11** I was supposed to go to a party tonight where a lot of my old high school friends were going to be. I wore 2 x AMMO, 4 x IO, 4 x IS. I noticed that I felt great and had no problem talking. However, when we got there, the party turned out to be a complete failure, with barely anyone there. I didn’t really get to test my mones on other people, but I know that I felt amazing. It was probably the IS. It really makes you shine 😃 Probably not going to be posting here the rest of the weekend. I don’t plan on going out for now. ---

Got a new order in! I now have A314 Oil, TUTH, IJ, [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/), and MX412.I got two MX428 freebies!! 😃 Lately I would put on 2+ sprays of AMMO. I wasn’t getting too many hits, but I wasn’t being ghosted either. I thought I needed more.. Well, I just had an idea yesterday that maybe I wasn’t being ghosted because I was using socials like IS and sometimes IH and IO. At about 8:30 I sprayed about half a spray of only AMMO. I got a compliment on the shirt I was wearing, but by a guy. I found it odd because I’ve probably worn it at least 3 times already to that class. I went to Chick-fil-a (it’s a fast food place for those that don’t live in the South) around 10:40. There was a girl, definitely older, that kept looking over at me. I guess I found my sweet spot? Half-spray of ammo.. ---

I got my new order around 11. I applied A314 oil at 11:30ish By then the AMMO seemed to be gone. I couldn’t smell it, and it had been 3 hours with half a spray. I just put on one drop on my wrist, and rubbed it onto the other wrist, then all over my neck and behind my ears. I felt more confident, for sure. I didn’t really notice much else. I’ll probably have to wear it for a few days to see the change. I put on a spray of IJ at 3:45. I felt kinda weird for a few seconds, but then normal again. I haven’t been out with it on yet. I wanted to make sure how I would act around my roommates before I went out in public with it. I didn’t act particularly jerky. Like I said before, I got MX428 in the mail. I’ll be giving it priority to test. I’ll start tomorrow. I know its TAA, so I’m glad I know what effects I should be looking for. ---

I really wanted to try out MX 297 and A314, but I dedicated today to MX 428. 3 sprays of MX 428 to front of neck at about 9:30. I didn’t really feel much of anything myself. I got to class at 10. The only obvious hit was a girl (same girl) looking back at me again today. Actually, I stayed a little late to talk to the professor. The next class started poring in. This one girl was giving me some DIHL looks and just kept looking back at me over and over and over! I gradually started to realize that today’s class was less serious than other days. People seemed to be in a somewhat better mood. The professor was calling on random people. Mostly just people that were either asleep or were blankly staring at the board. He almost never does this. I think he was just being more playful. I put on another spray around 11:40 before I was about to head to class again. Unfortunately, the tornado alarm went off and I was stuck in the basement of my dorm hall for the duration of class. (I say unfortunately because I didn’t get to test out the MX on a different group. Around 2:30 I put on some A314 oil. I wanted to put on two drops. The first one took forever to come out, and the second one came out like 2 seconds after the first. I’m going to call that two drops. I felt like the second drop wasn’t as big as the first one, and I felt the urge to put on a third. Then, I remembered, “less is more.” I also put on another 3 sprays of MX428. I was feeling lazy about walking, so I took the campus transit bus to class. There was another guy and girl at the stop talking to each other. Both were ROTC, so I’m guessing they’re friends. When we got on the bus, we sat like this: (him)(her)(aisle)(me)(empty seat) When we were getting off the bus, the girl got off, but for some reason (Respect from A314) the guy offered to let me get off first. I insisted he go first (because he was obviously with the girl) and he did. I walked from the bus stop to class. This class actually has girls in it. (One of the disadvantages of being an engineering student - 95% males in all of your classes) I was sitting behind and to the side of a particular girl. She looked back once, and we made eye contact, but that’s it. Somewhat in the middle of class, she just turned around and slow-winked. I have no idea where it came from. I was so confused, I didn’t respond. She looked back again with a half smile, and by the time I could smile back, she turned around again. She may have just been looking at someone behind me. On the way out of class, I noticed my friends were sort of following me instead of walking with me. One even said he was in fact following me when I made a wrong turn on accident, but stopped when he realized we were going the wrong way. When we were sitting down to eat, I noticed a girl about 15 feet away that kept eyeing me. She was pretty hot too. 8 or 9. I think that I was ghosting with my roommates though. They didn’t really seem to want to talk to me, and kinda ignored my presence until I called out to them. ---

Well, my first class today got cancelled, and I decided to skip my second one. Today was a pretty boring day, nothing really out of the ordinary. Except.. I was bored in my room, so I sprayed myself with 15-20 sprays of IShine. 10 at first. Then another 5-10. Unfortunately, nothing really happened. ☹ I keep going back and forth between believing and disbelieving. Is that even a word? lol ---

It’s Thanksgiving Break for me. However, most of my friends still have class Monday and Tuesday (sucks for them!) I will probably give more reports starting Wednesday. ---

I wore some IJ last night. (And maybe with some [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/).. I don’t know what I was thinking haha) I went out to watch a movie and then to BWW later. I could definitely tell it was working.. I had some good self effects, but how other people behaved was more interesting. I was with friends at the movies, but my server at BWW seemed to immediately dislike me. She seemed to give me more of a “What do you want?” attitude rather than a “What would you like?” I don’t really see myself using IJ very often. It might just be that I’m not really congruent with it. I think IJ was meant to give off that “jerk that all the girls want to be with” vibe, but with me I think it just gives off that “@hole that nobody likes” vibe. Still, it is an attention-getter. I’m trying to think of situations where I would want the @hole vibe, but my mind’s drawing blank at the moment. Edit: And now that I think about it, maybe I OD’d on IJ. Maybe I was too big of a jerk.. Hmm. I’ll have to remember to try half a spray or something next time. ---

1 drop A314 + 3 sprays IG I had the servers at IHOP looking at me over and over, holding eye contact, etc. None were too attractive though, and I was out with my sister and parents. Couldn’t make a move even if I wanted to haha. I’m going to try to sweet spot test A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) now. So far, I had been winging it every day, just going with what seemed to work. I really want to get it straight by the time next semester rolls around. ---

I’ve been sweet spot testing AMMO.. I can definitely tell that 2 sprays is too much. I’ll go with just 1 for now. I’m also getting the feeling that two drops of A314 is too aggressive/intimidating. I’ll try and not use more than 1, unless I want that “edge” So anyway.. I really didn’t want to take a nap today, so I sprayed myself with just one spray of IShine over 1 spray of AMMO that was around 3 hours old. Hits: 1. I went to talk to one of my suitemates (who was in his room) My other suitemate’s gf walked in, and for maybe the first time this year, she entered the room and sat in a chair and talked to the three of us. She’s usually pretty nice, but she never goes in anyone else’s room. Ever. I think I (err the mones lol)had something to do with that. 2. I left the conversation and walked to my room to play some Need For Speed. While one of my suitemates (the one with a gf) almost always runs in when he hears the engine revving up, everyone else seemed to come in to my room too. Even the gf. Just yesterday, her bf was in my room watching me play, and when he asked her to come in, she said no. 3. After a few hours, I resprayed 1 spray of IShine, but no more AMMO. Just a couple minutes later, my suitemate and his gf came back to my room for some reason I can’t remember. Now get this.. there’s trash all over my room, empty bottles, scrunched up paper towels, etc. Do you know what she said? “It smells good in here.” OMG WOWZORZ. I hadn’t sprayed any febreeze or cologne today. Yet the IShine made it seem like my room was cleanish and smelled great. And I know for a fact my room usually smells bad. That’s why I bought the febreeze in the first place! So, for the people that don’t feel like reading all that.. my sweet spot for AMMO and A314 is just 1 spray/drop. I think that 1 spray of IShine is for some reason getting me better hits than 2 or 3 sprays. I’m not quite sure why, but it might have to do with the fact that I’m not congruent, so the greater the difference between pheromone signature and body language, the fewer the hits. Thoughts, anyone? Also, I think I will try to test TUTH in daytime social settings for the rest of the week. My guess is that I’ll only need 1 spray, but who knows? 😃 ---

LOL! IShine for a dirty room… 🙂 I like that, 1x AMMO and 1x IShine… you get to the understanding that MORE isn’t BETTER… You’re attitude and demeanor are just as important! TUTH!?!? Daytime??! 😛 I wanna know what happens… 😃 ---

Yeah, I wasn’t really getting any hits from AMMO… I could have just been at the wrong place at the wrong time though. It was obvious that I was being ghosted with two sprays, though. I guess I will see if TUTH gets me more hits. If so, then I might end up using that instead of AMMO.. I mean, according to one of the polls on the forum, AMMO is supposed to get you some of the most noticeable hits. I actually just now realized why AMMO isn’t doing me any good. I’ve been growing out the beard for November.. and I can tell I look.. well.. ugly LOL I dunno, I just need to test, test, and test (and report 😛) and hopefully I’ll find what works for me! ---

Anyways, I haven’t had much hits from AMMO either. 2 sprays is also too much for me so I only use one spray and its usually on my chest under my shirt. I haven’t used AMMO for a while but only because I’ve been testing out other products I have. Once I get to it, I’ll experiment more with AMMO. ---

My tests with TUTH were not so conclusive. I’ll need to test it a bit more. Its 3:15 in the morning here, so I really wanna get this report out and sleep 😛 Today, I put on 2 sprays [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/), 2 sprays IShine, 1 spray AMMO under the shirt, and 1 spray IO on the face (for self effects mostly). While waiting to get a table at a restaurant, I noticed that I kept getting looks from older women, WITH their husbands. So, I guess this is it. The reason AMMO hasn’t been working for me is because I have been ODing (for my age) even with 1 spray. But man, oh man, did I love the hits from all the oldies 🙂 They really couldn’t keep their eyes off me. Every time I looked back, they were looking at me again. I did notice in the past that half a spray (of AMMO) worked great for me. I suppose I’ll try that next time. I went bowling about 2 and a half hours after I first applied. I reapplied 3x IO, 3x IH, and 2x IS, as I knew there would be a good amount of people there I wouldn’t know. I noticed a couple looks, but nothing big. Odds are, people would have looked even if I wasn’t wearing the mones. **[not mone related]_There was one girl in our group of probably 10 guys. We’d met before, but we don’t really know each other that well. I get the feeling that she is looking for a LTR for some reason. I’m fairly sure she’s never been in a relationship before, and I think she’s pretty conservative. I also sorta got the vibe that she was into me, but knowing our culture (we’re both Asian) it wouldn’t be appropriate if I started hitting on her. She added me on facebook a little while ago. I think I can get her if I play it reeealllllyy slow. My current plan is to get her number when I see her again, then probably ask her on a lunch date. This prob won’t happen until next sem though (there’s only one more week of school, and that’s exam week). Only thing I’m afraid of is that she’ll get over me. I’ll just hope that she doesn’t. Maybe not enough people have read your journal, but I thought someone would have suggested this already: It is absolutely essential that you wash and scrub off any none based products. Its apparently very hard to clean off your skin and clothes. For clothes, people have suggested oxy clean with your normal detergent. You could be oding that way with the younger girls. I love the attention from older women, so I feel you on that hehe. Everythign else I guess I haven’t heard much negative reactions from too much shine or IO, but anything that has none in it, especially a314 and tuth make sure you thoroughly clean that off before you reapply more.
