I was a bit stressed and in a bit of a mess. I had [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty both to-gos in my book bag. **Application:** 1 Spray EACH of IO to left and right side of neck (2 total) 1 Spray of IH to wrist, middle of neck, and bottom of neck (3 total) For some reason, a few minutes later, I had a “feel good” feeling. My stress went away for a bit. I was thinking alot about the situation I was in and after I applied it, I was still thinking about it but the stress mentally that came from it seemed to fade for a while. I saw a friend come by and he was extremely helpful. He opened up alot more and offered his help after giving his opinion. Another couple of friends came by and continued talking and asking what’s happening. Anyone experienced the “stress free” feeling? It soothed away a bit of a the “heaviness” from inside. Good feeling 😛 ---

I get that from Instant Shine and Liquid Sunshine. I never noticed it from [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty. ---

“feel good” in the sense that it was a more relieved feeling, maybe my thinking had to do with it, but it happened only after I had applied the mones 😛 weird aint it? More on the “inside” of me. The weight was off my chest/stomach 😛 for a good 20 minutes. ---

Perhaps IH+IO = IS? That is what the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) colour chart says, haha.
