# smell strengths

So I’ve been wondering.. do the 2x sprays such as Shine or ammo have stronger smells than a 1x bottle? I thought I read somewhere that the answer was no, but I’m not sure.

edit: As an unrelated side question, is it ok to get the Turn up the Heat 2x? I mean, I know its recommended that you get 1x, but I haven’t been seeing a whole lot of convincing results with my other sprays yet and I figure if I’m gonna be spraying like 2 sprays on myself I might as well just get the 2x and use 1 spray. What do you think?

A couple of months ago I confirmed with Michael that the scent concentration doesn’t go up when the phero’s concentration goes up.

As for TUTH 5mcg (2x), I posted not few days ago, and there was another post as well if I recall.

To sum up, it is pretty potent, grows horns on the place you spray, so 2 sprays ‘will’ get you noticed, so I recommend 1 spray.

Ok thanks Mak, and yea for the TUTH I would only use 1 spray if it was 2x, maybe even 3/4 of a spray.

Hey FooF,

Look up Gem’s posts on TUTH usage. Your success with it might just rely on a quick swap of application points. I hear he’s been having real good results with the back of the neck application. I think he only uses ONE spray of hte 5mcg. Could be wrong.

As far as scent concentration goes:

2X = 2X [pheromone](https://a314.com/) concentration, same scent concentration as 1X.
