# So, be honest. Spit or swallow?

depends too, if i wash with regular ‘fluoride’ toothpaste i spit, but when i use [this one](http://www.faceproducts-online.co.uk/products.php?ProductID=83&CatID=1) i don’t, is said to be very healthy.  
once one friend diluted a little in a glass of water and drank it, calming his stomach pain.

wow, saturday night.. insomnia.. bored.. ? you could call Paradise and bust on her a little, maybe even ask her this question from the thread title, then do a doubletake and specify the toothpaste word 😃, all in playful tone. should be fun for you, and a little confusing for her 😮. evil lol.
