I tried IO last night. I was invited to a dinner party. After we sat at the table for like 3 mins a girl to my left and a guy on my right, wouldn’t shut up thru the whole thing. I wanted to shoot my self in the head from all the talking.😮 Well thanks guys for all the info on this forum. ---

Hi Its ok to be skepticsl most us us were at some point. I see IO worked for you LOL When you use IH use it to ther back of our head and neck and you will be fine. It dosnt make you tell the turth but it does make subject matter more interesting and personal. Tisha
