I think its very likely indeed - but its more than just like, you need to get her to invest herself emotionally in you much more than you in her. ---

Yes but for now the way to do that is just make her miss me right ? And initiate contact herself and eventually seek my presence more. There isn’t something else I can force on her, right ? This stage of fallout is a bind but you need to stick with it and not try to hurry it along. Going for too much too soon or more commonly, looking for immediate results is the biggest mistake people make with fallout mixes. Anything you might do to force the issue will very likely backfire, so for now you simply keep exposing her to the same base mix, withdrawing and re-exposing at periodic intervals (with different timing/steering depending on situation), with minimal contact in-between until she re-develops more trust/interest and seeks you out more in ways that invest herself further and will let you use more overt sexual/emotionally enabling steering on your base mix. ---

OK thank you mobo. Honestly this over-thinking and second guessing is draining my energy and ruining my mood. I didn’t even look for her today. All I will do is just expose-withdraw and see if something changes eventually. I am done being hang up on her. If she changes her mind and I am still interested then fine… ---

Hey guys, sorry for not posting recently… The quick and dirty update is that everything is working out nicely so far… I don’t want to post many details in the public thread, anyone feel free to PM me. All I can say is that I am **grateful** to mobocaster and dream\_brother for their advice and support. And to anyone that is in a post-breakup situation all I can say is that the strongest weapon you have at your disposal is nothing more than : Stepping back, give **time** for wounds to heal Work on yourself, be happy and positive ( **FAKE IT** if you can’t really do it) **Don’t** push, don’t beg, **don’t** do romantic-eternal devotion gestures Make a **fresh** start. **Don’t** discuss the past, **don’t** expect to start where you left off and **take it easy** Honestly I cannot say whether the pheromones helped or not, all the responses I had from her were what I expected from her, **but** if I had to do it all over again I would still use them, even the small help they can give you is worth it in a situation like this… And in certain cases I could see some phero-related effects **BUT** (_ **and this is a really big but** _) all these times my behavior was exactly what it should be like. So don’t expect to spray something on you and come off as sexy, trustworth, funny, etc if you cannot support it with your actions! ---

Yes - its when the right behaviours/attitudes **and** the right choice of pheros combine that everything works best and strongest. I fully agree with that. And despite a few wobbles/heart-in-mouth moments for us onlookers - you managed it pretty bloody well - Well done! 😃 ---

I just wanted to thank you for this thread and everyone else who gave such great advice. Your situation was very similar to mine. Well just be patient, this is the best advise I can give you. Most of the times for example when I was dying to talk to her and communicate, if I held just a little more she would be the one doing it first.
