> All pheromones effect on a subconscious level. Copulins are no different and yes we can detect them without even knowing it. You have to take into consideration the human factor. We are free thinking. Some women will react to men who have a underling copulin signature because they sense this person is in demand and a good mate choice. Some wont react differently because they assume your taken or are a player. This is where our free thinking kicks in. pheromones in animals and in humans act differently but on the same level. Animals react to pheromones, Humans think then react (at least most humans)

Good point Tisha, free will and intelligence play a stronger role than any pheromone. I really think this affect is completely unconscious to the woman. I dont think it causes any sort of conscious reasoning about why the man is a good choice. I think the cause is some sort of evolutionary imperative that is in conflict with our ideals in todays society. I think women are unaware of this influence. I know that is a frightening thought. I think if women were conscious of the the pheromones and their meaning, many would actually be consciously repulsed instead of attracted. When women are affected by these “social proof” pheromones, I dont think it signals any conscious warning that this man is a player.
However, I have big doubts it is simply copulins that cause the reaction from women.. I have read the reports from men experimenting with copulins, and the effect is not the same. I really think something else is going on here.
Check out this thread illustrating the difference between synthetic copulins and actual sexual activity. There is a big difference in the affect.
