# Some noobie questions...

Hey,

I was wondering if you guys could help me decide how long they last, and where to spray my pheros.

The ones I have: [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (To Go), MX103, Instant Shine (To Go), and Instant Honesty (To Go).

I am a 17 year old, I’m a bit fat and I am of Indian (South Asian) herritage.

Most pheros last about 6-8 hours…some last longer. You can refresh all of them in about 4-6 hours. Try only one product at a time, otherwise, unless you are extremely lucky you won’t be seeing much results or be able to make good use of the results you get. IShine should be a fun way to start. Keep us posted!🙂

to start i would suggest 2-3 shots of instant shine to your neck and chest area and just see what happens. realize that reactions may be subtle and not the obvious radical changes you may be expecting.

Hi Vision92,  
I agree with the others about the starting with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). When I started it was the one that geve me the more obvious reactions. Anyway, I feel that on me the Pheros go down after about 4 hours, while the smell last longer. the only ones that feel like last “forever” are AMMO and TUTH and A314. Keep us updated with your researches!!!

I have school off today and Monday, so I won’t wear any until Tuesday. I’ll start a thread in the journals section when I do wear it.
