Once again YOU have to generate the interest and convince them to move forward. IO will help you generate conversations. It will pre-dispose people to talk with you. But it will be your great conversational skills that will get them to talk and keep talking. Instant shine is kinda the one exception. People will feel happy just being around you. Unless you are frowning, in a bad mood or otherwise behaving in an ill fashion. Then nothing will help.
