# Something wrong with my 5ml ToGo bottles

Looks like they lost some in Transit, which can happen if airfrieght is involved due to the pressures

I see you only started posting again earlier this month after a break since 2014.

Can you say when you got these? The reason is that whilst AD seems to have finally/largely sorted its issues with leaky togos, this was a big problem back in 2015/15.

However they will almost certainly honour the warranty, even now so you should raise a support ticket and upload that pic. 🙂

Im interested too. Because I haven’t seen you placing any order this year. Please enlighten us and create a ticket about it so that we can find some way to resolve this. 🙂

Excalibur, please clarify your comment / question please, because I’m not sure to understand the pictures sequence, nor the one-line sentence you have used.

Are you saying:

1. You have received incompletely filled bottles from AD?
2. Some of your stored bottle have lost content since you last used them or since you received them?
3. You think that 5 ml cannot fit in because you feel like the bottles are too small and that they’d overflow with an attempted full 5 ml content?
4. Something else?
